"Good food but the service impacted the overall experience. We were seated around 8:20, received our food around 8:30, and didn?t finish until 8:50. The restaurant closed at 9, but felt the immediate pressure to leave as soon as possible. When I mean as soon as possible I mean signing the check by 9:03. The waiter was hovering and waiting for us to sign our check as soon as he ran the card which was one of the major impacts to the overall experience. To the second point, while we were leaving, we used the bathroom to only find out that when we walked out, they shut off the hallway lights this was by 9:12. A one time visit."

"The food was excellent, nice portions. Service was impecable. Amanda B. is a true asset to this restaurant. Very friendly and efficient. She was very busy with a lot of tables and didn't at all treat us as if she were in a rush. She was extremely pleasant, attentive and professional. We are just passing through town but if we ever come back through, most definitely will be stopping here for our meal."

"Raul's Oregon burrito was fantastic! I stopped here briefly while passing through town, and it turned out to be just what I needed. It's a small restaurant, but it delivers on its promise of delicious food. The burrito was impressively large, too!"

"We go back to Seattle Tacoma WA from south Idaho. Our family of 4 have made the trip for the last 38 years, more than we were children. It was the first trip only the 4 of us in probably 20 years. Our mother found your reviews and made the suggestion to stop. Slightly hidden by the illusion of a fire place (it was a fire place, now houses a fire museum) the only thing that was gone was an open garage door blocked by a pile of kegs. The logo above the entrance door looks like a game flame. Inside is open how the firefighters left it. Very aesthetic to sit in algae of the structure. The food, amazing. My father had the tuna sandwich. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the tuna between the potato beans. The spices that were packed in perfection before cooking were remarkable. Mama had the tuna salad, again the tuna steak was an additional treat. My sister, who on a little strange is not a taste of food, ordered the rice bowl. They were very accommodating to their No Carbs and replaced the rice for fresh spinach. Another fabulous court. We will make our future roadtrips lunch or dinner or just take a break from the road. The staff was wonderful and everything ensured that our meal was good. Thank you."

"I have stopped at this restaurant for the third time and I absolutely love it. They have the best burgers and coconut cream ice cream ever. This time, I was with my best friend as we left my daughter at Cove Christian Camp and decided to eat here first. The waitress was very friendly and our food came out quickly. The cook even warned us that our food was very hot and to be careful. Since discovering this place, we try to stop by whenever we are passing through. I hope to return soon. Thank you for the excellent service."

"My children and I stayed here in the middle of a road trip. Travis helped us at Subway, and another lady helped make a pizza. Travis was super interacting with my children and chatting with them with a big smile. It made such a nice break in our car. My son asked for a little if any kind of cheese on his sandwich and Travis was very accommodating and asked if he wanted to try one of the vegetables if he was not sure whether he wanted it on his sandwich or not. Thank you very much!"

"I give them the opportunity to screw up my order three times and twice in the past and today 4/27/2021 I went there at 11 a.m., they said they closed until noon or 1 a.m., but say no reasons, so I decide that I had enough of them. In my opinion, they should close many problems with order and not open, and they should be closed and changed to Burger King"

"We pulled up and were the only car. The building looked like an abandoned car repair. Somehow we had to have the courage to go (only because of the 5-star rating). Holy cow, was this great decision. The interior is pleasantly western, the service good and the food - fabulous! Whatever you order, leave room to share a homemade cinnamon roll."

"On the way to Portland of Boise we stopped here and fell in love with the place. The food was very good and so is the service. But what I really liked was the amazing Mosaic work that the owner and his friends did. Truly an artwork, this institution is a hidden treasure."

"I paid $30 for an order of 8 pieces of regular chicken, but I only received 6 pieces of dark meat which I did not order. Two wing pieces were in such poor quality with mangled skin and bones that had to be thrown away. This was the wrong order and poor quality. It felt like a rip off to pay $30 for 8 pieces of regular chicken and only receive 6 pieces of dark meat. I believe a refund is warranted in this situation."

"So I was not having the best day i decided to get some Starbucks. The gal who works there with blonde hair a gold septum piercing is a angel! She made me a iced chai with pumpkin cream foam with brown sugar told me it?s like a warm hug; which it definitely is! She was so genuinely sweet! She even gave me a gold star I started crying, so did she a little. I can?t explain how kind she was! She truly made my day so much better, I?m so very thankful! So thank you so much, you were truly amazing."

"I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. It is by far one of the best places to go and eat. The menu has a great variety and everything is absolutely extraordinary. From the Texan burgers over the armchairs Alfredo, corn potato chowder, turkey and cranberry sandwich and of course their homemade frits. Delivery and takeout is fast and fast service, as well as diving in. This is really a hidden gem in our community. Angie, Teri, Marcus and the whole crew are incredible people. Make sure you pass and give this place a try!"

"Have not eaten the food yet. Waiting on my order in the car because my dog was not allowed. According to the girl at the front counter service dogs are not allowed in this Taco Time because the new owner is not from this area? Apparently they have not read the PWD which states every business even all restaurants must allow a service dog into a restaurant. This is not a state to state basis This is a national law. So if the owner is reading this and also there's no writing on the door indicating any such rule you should probably get a sign that says you are not following the rules of the government. This is for anybody that wants to stop at this Taco Time with a disability and also has a service dog. I'm hoping the food is better than the hospitality. PS I normally don't even write reviews but this seemed important peace."

"Just stopped here on our way from the Canadian Rockies. The food was very delicious. I had the veggie burger and it was full of flavor. The kids had chicken sandwiches (one blackened, other fried) and loaded fried both were very happy with their food. Great, fresh, and tasty food. Nice atmosphere and great service!"

"Lovely service, even though we walked in an hour to close. I had a delicious mushroom swiss burger, Mom had a French dip, and Dad ordered a finger steak basket, all of which were wonderful. Glad to see a place like this exists in La Grande, we'll definitely be back."
