"I went to a restaurant last night with 6 of my colleagues. I had a ribeye, which was pretty good but nothing exceptional. It came with sauces, including the pepper sauce that I always wait for : However, be careful, be prepared to pay a hefty bill, it's very expensive. For the ribeye and fries, you will get more than 75 CHF. If you take alcohol and dessert, count around 120 euros per person. The place is nice in front of the lake, with a beautiful panoramic view, and the weather was very nice. The service was very good. A good experience, but I don't think I'll go back there for dinner."

"Wonderful hotel, very beautiful, large rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is welcoming and sincere. Cleaning is thorough and fast. Special thanks to Yulia and all the waiters. We were checked in earlier than expected. When we arrived, everything was already prepared for my children in the room beds, a bathtub with a thermometer for the baby and a trash can for diapers. There was also food and wine prepared for us as a compliment. The hotel provides a card for free travel on public transport. The restaurant is delicious and there is a children's menu, my children devoured it on both cheeks. So much so that we dined three out of four in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast is excellent, simple, but has everything you need and the products are of very good quality. We liked everything so much that we will definitely return in the summer."

"I arrived at the hotel quite late after a long car ride, and upon check-in, I was told that the restaurant kitchen would be closing in 15 minutes. The front-desk employee consulted briefly with the restaurant staff and told me not to rush and that I could freshen up and then go to the table. When I walked to the restaurant, I was kindly welcomed and taken to my table by the window. Again, they told me that I certainly did not have to rush and that I could enjoy an appetizer before making my choice of food. After my appetizer, I chose my two dishes. The starter, the Duo de tartres boeuf was delicious, and I enjoyed the Tuna as the main course. Every staff member present had a very high level of service and friendliness. Once again, thank you!"

"Die Auberge de Rivaz ist zwar ein schön und geschmackvoll renoviertes Hotel mit leider etwas viel Schatten! Unser Zimmer war sehr klein aber sauber und komplett ausgerüstet (sogar ein Schirm stand zu Verfügung. Die Lage (Seeseite war aber schlecht gewählt: Wer gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, schläft hier nicht, den die Hauptstrasse führt vor dem Hotel durch.Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet (hie und da etwas eng gestuhlt und macht dank viel Fensterfläche einen offenen und freundlichen Eindruck. Nur hat die viele Fensterfläche den Nachteil, dass der Lärmpegel bei vollem Lokal fast jede Unterhaltung verunmöglicht. Die auf der Winterspeisekarte aufgeführten Moules de bouchot waren an einem Samstagabend nicht lieferbar ebenso wenig wie die Filet de perches aus dem Lac Léman (Schonzeit? , das schlägt dann ziemlich auf die Stimmung, wenn man speziell deswegen hier Halt gemacht hat. Wieder ein Lichtblick das Frühstück, für francophone Verhältnisse ausgezeichnet."

"I ordered a small salad as a starter. On the card clearly marked 8fr/12fr. (started on the main course). I asked and they said there was no such thing as a small mixed salad . In short... the waiters were nice enough, but they didn't even ask if I wanted water for my little dog. Little things that make the difference."

"An endless wait of over ONE HOUR for us to come take our order. We had reservations for 15 people, okay but no one came to ask us to take our orders. Anyway, after 1h45 we received our dishes. 5 people ordered a BBQ...the Grill was tiny and we only had tongs... At the end of the meal, no apology, no commercial gesture... nothing. Disappointing !!"

"We came with enthusiasm to enjoy a convivial moment with our friends and our children. However, our experience was seriously marred by the deplorable service we received. After waiting for 20 minutes with no one coming to take our order, despite two requests, we were extremely disappointed. The server's rude and angry behavior made the situation even more unpleasant. We are disappointed to find that despite the promise of a welcoming and friendly place, our experience was quite the opposite. We believe it is important to share our experience so that other potential customers are informed of the quality of service offered by this establishment. We sincerely hope that the management will take steps to improve the training of their staff and the quality of their customer service, so that other customers do not have an experience as unpleasant as ours."

"Beautiful Persian/Mediterranean/Indian restaurant right on Lake Geneva. We stayed here in the late afternoon after a visit to Chateau de Chillon. Most restaurants were not open at this time between lunch and dinner. We called and they invited us to come by. We were the only ones at the time, so we received special attention. Your food is exceptionally high quality and makes the high price worth. They prepared gluten-free bread for us very tasteful and good texture. Mixed salad was enough for sharing 2 and shrimp curry was to die. Traditional mint green tea service was so elegant. Several gluten-free dessert options are also very unique and tasteful. The restaurant filled up when we were gone. This place is a real jewel!"

"I was there on a Saturday night to eat the sll you can eat buffet. The quality of the food is poor and not always fresh (calamars). The quantity on the buffet was bad. Some of the plates where empty and never get filled during...all the evening (noodles, spring rolls). First and last time I was in thid restaurant, I have no reason to go back there again. There are much better Asian Restaurants in Montreux."

"Von einem Restaurant, das Gourmet sein will, erwarte ich mehr, als dass die Speisen nur gerade okay sind. In dieser Preisklasse sollte es vor dem Essen zumindest einen Gruss aus der Küche (Amuse bouche) oder dann wenigstens ein Schälchen mit Olivenöl zum Brot oder ein paar Oliven geben. Klar, es ist italienisch, aber ich hätte doch ein Dressing am Salat erwartet, statt Öl- und Essigflasche. Die Portionen sind sehr klein, die Preise völlig überteuert. Der Service war gut, die Weinkarte auch. Das Interieur ist neutral, weder besonders romantisch noch sonstwie besonders."
