Schade."

"we three friends visited another friend who was near detmold to reha. before we wanted to stroll through detmold and eat together at lunchtime. that was not so easy! the pedestrian zone was rugged, the restaurants also, in three that we liked, was no more space to get. so to the next, “Strates Brauhaus” that we already liked from outside. the second oldest factory house was built in 1550 and is under the roof. When we entered the restaurant, we thought, oh, ever, everything was full again. but in the 1st floor there was still a table for us three women, with a view of the pretty winter garden in the ground floor. You can eat and drink on several days, the dark wooden stairs connect to each other the ambiente we like very well. historical building material was harmoniously combined with modern architecture. the young service lady registered and greeted us quite quickly despite the completeness, brought the menus after one because and accepted our drinks. it was sometimes stressed, but was friendly and guest-oriented. the menu is rich and brauhaustypical, there is an appealing drink card with regional beer varieties. also in a typical brewhouse the tables and chairs on which you can sit very comfortably. on the tables is the cutlery in a beer crug, beer lid as a glass base, a large wind light. our drinks (alcohol-free wine for me and water for the other two ladies) came to us well cooled, our food requests were accepted, twice that and once that for our food we had to wait a little longer than promised. what then came to the table looked visually appealing. the tellers were preheated, an appetizing fragrant fragrant rose into our nases. the roasted onions as topping were pointed, crunchy, resch, very well seasoned, and all the abundant. the underlying piece of bark from East Westphalian wine bark tender and juicy, strong seasoned, very tasty! the whole draped on speck beans and roasted potatoes, which had enough salt and pepper, but had a few more tolerated. the speck beans were completely after our taste, crisp, but not too hard. the wobble sauce, on the photo hardly to see, has given us a very good mouth. overall, two satisfied faces. the tube pencils as deco made visually something, tasteful but less, as unworn. the chicken breast of the ladysteak showed no dehydration phenomena, was cooked, nevertheless very delicate and the baked mozzarella with tomato had the right degree of melting. the salat insert was made with a light standard vanaigrette. the criminal mud mentioned in the card came without crumbled and tasted more like a light mayonnaise. the two roasted slices found my girlfriend a little too fat, my sample tasted well. regarding the cleanliness in the restaurant there was nothing to complain about, the sanitary area I did not look for. common conclusion: here we would go again!"
