"I've only ordered from Mod Pizza once before, which was several years ago. At that time, I got a pizza. I wasn't terribly impressed, but it was probably my combination of ingredients. Tonight, I decided to get a salad to go. It was a large salad and I could put anything I wanted on it. It was pretty good. I'd probably get it again. My complaint: when I paid at the register, I picked up one of their KEY LIME NO NAME CAKEs. It sounded so good. I left the restaurant with my salad to go and key lime cake. On my way home, I took a bite of the key lime no name cake. To me, it was HORRIBLE! I couldn't eat another bite. I called the restaurant and asked if I could come back and exchange it for a chocolate one. The very young lady said she had to ask her co-worker. She came back and said I couldn't return it because I had taken a bite. I asked, again, if I could just exchange it for the other flavor. She said she was sorry but I could not. I asked if there as a manager. She said no and, when I asked when a manager might be working again, she didn't know. But, she did offer me the phone number for the corporate office. In other reviews, people referred to the employees as teens. Yes, they were teens and it seemed that no one was in charge."
