"This establishments food does deserve 5 stars! However, I rated it with 4 stars because customer service could have been much better. It was 3 pm. There was only 3 tables occupied including ours. It took a good 15 minutes before being able to even order a beverage. They were friendly (all 4 servers) that came to our table. One took our drink order. Another delivered our chips and salsa. Someone else delivered our food. But, the most shocking part was once they delivered our bill to the table they disappeared and didn't return. The food was extremely scrumptious! My husband ordered the Sombrero. He said it tasted phenomenal and he would definitely order that again. I ordered the El Colmel. WOW! INCREDIBLE, carnitas, pollo,shrimp and beef with grilled tomato, onion, green pepper and mushrooms with warm tortillas. Beans, rice, lettuce, sour cream and Pico de gallo. I'm telling you seasoned beautifully! If it wasn't for the food I would have been more upset. There was a mistake on our bill but in the end they did make it right! I would definitely eat here again. I just hope they're able to correct their customer service before we return."
