"The food was amazing and the atmosphere is great. The reason why I am giving it 1 star is because the staff is extremely rude. I went there with 2 friends and we each spent about $70 and left a 20% tip and as soon as we finished eating and paid for our food a guy came over and told us that he needed our table because there was a waiting list and that we needed to leave. He refused to leave until we got up and another person working there even announced it over the microphone. It was humiliating and unnecessary. They could have said nicely that they had a wait and do we mind relocating to a different area or given us 5 min to finish our conversation. I honestly cannot believe that this happened and I would not go back. This was an unfortunate experience and I hope this does not happen to anyone else."

"We are here at least once a week. The food is very fresh and the place is kept super clean. The online ordering and pick-up in the store is a breeze and the staff always gets the order made right. "We have been ordering takeout from here for years. We normally always order General Tso chicken dinner with combination house rice, but we decided to switch it up and tried combination house vegetable lomein. My fiancé loves it even better. I normal order General Tso with vegetable lomein and that’s delicious. We both love extra spicy and ask for extra sauce on the side; today I forgot those 2 things, but I want to tell you that the food was just as spicy and we normally order it. I have switched my meal up to the pepper steak and I have to say, I have been please with that as well. We always order 4-6 extra egg rolls. Always satisfied with takeout from Cantkn House. "The place has spectacular, delicious food!!! But unfortunately the service is very bad, there are two young girls and they don't even bother to ask if we need something, apparently answering their phones was more important... after serving the food I rectified that my plate was missing something I asked for a special order when one of the girls told me that the dish was like this without bothering to look at the order... at no time did they come to the table to ask if anything was needed, our glasses were empty they never bothered to ask if we needed more... it's not the first time I go to this place before, I was served by a young Spanish woman and her treatment was 100 out of 100 but unfortunately they had unqualified staff and I repeat the food is spectacular but the attention of these waitresses leaves a lot to be desired to see again what attention they provide."

"This was my first time here and was pleasantly surprised. They order and sit, they bring it to you, no problem with it. It is clean and bright inside as soon as a table was free, it was cleaned immediately. Every employee I met was sincerely friendly and overly accommodating. This alone is worth returning in the new normality of hm, which service. The girls here are hard workers, no one has slept for a minute. I bet her boss treated her respectfully, it felt so. I bought ribs, baby ridges were small, the other double the size. Both were tender. Beans were the best I had with pork in them and Koleslaw very sweet. 3 sauces to choose from the tables, ask for the spicy from behind the counter if you prefer it. I will return when in the area, a less star, because for the $22 a bit more meat is expected from a rib place."

"First time coming here. My family and I enjoyed everything we ordered. My son ordered the atomic wings. Those bad boys are extremely HOT! I couldn't do more then one bite I was crying. My son ate 2 and called it quits. Their boneless Buffalo wings are amazing fried perfect. The Amarillo burger is amazingly delicious with fries and their cheese sauce WOW!!!! Their Margaritas were good,, had the right amount of tequila. Can't forget to mention our waitress Jean was super friendly and was one of the best waitress I've had. Definitely recommend this place."

"Never stepping back to this restaurant. I and my wife place our order, and while we were waiting mice come from underneath past next to our legs. The mice continue to walk and stayed in the corner. Continue to look in shock and speechless as an employee walked by and we pointed out this incident. The employee did a “shhh” signal and with her hand grabbed it. Open the door and walked out. "We looked on google for cuban food and they came up but they didn't have cuban specialty food they are actually a Mexican restaurant. I ordered the fried steak but the steak was way to stretchy and chewy the breading was falling off it was horrible. The server was not attentive and didn't fill up the drinks. On top of it all I left my phone and called several times the server never answered. I had to come back and ask for thr ozone in which they did return."

"My wife and I ordered the Japanese hibachi dish. We both opted for the filet and chicken, priced at $26 per plate. Unfortunately, the portions were very small. There were only 3 cube-sized pieces of steak and chicken on each plate, and not enough rice to satisfy a toddler. We were not impressed and felt it was not worth the money or the drive. I would rate it a 2.5 out of 10. I suggest saving your money and cooking at home instead."

"This used to be a great restaurant, but not anymore. Prices have increased while the quality of the food has declined. My husband spoke to the manager, but all they offered was a vague acknowledgment. The food was very bland; the Carne Asada was tough and fatty, and the strawberry tacos were incredibly dry. When the waitress brought out the chips and salsa, she only provided half a basket for six people, which was disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant had loud music playing for their late evening entertainment, so we were frequently interrupted by sudden bursts of loud, high-pitched sounds during our meal at 6:00 PM—not exactly the vibe we were looking for, especially since we were there long before the entertainment started. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but we’ve been loyal customers for at least eight years and remember how good it used to be. It’s definitely not the same! All we wanted was a genuine apology from the manager, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive one for the poor service."

"I have been working as a McDonald 's Manager for 14 years in Spain and I know the system very closely. Is not the first time that something wrong occur in THIS LOCATION but is the first time that I am going to comment. I never received an exact order. If a sauce is not missing this time , is one sandwich or the chicken nuggets are not fresh.. Today I used the drive thru. It was full and there were two lines open. My daughter in the back seat made the order one crispy chicken meal and one chicken nuggets meal) and when we arrived to the last window for pick it up I saw in my receipt that only the chicken sandwich was a meal and the chicken nuggets was with no drink and fries. When I asked if she could sell me one more fries thinking anyone has an error , the lady answered me that I had to turn around and get in line again . I couldn 't believe it. The truth is that I have to get in line and wait another 10 or 15 minutes to order some fries while the food I already have gets cold? Is this the concept of hospitality and the exceptional treatment given to the client? And if this is a rule taken by the restaurant management, do you think that for some fries it is worth creating that feeling of dissatisfaction causing the direct and indirect loss of customers? They should go through at least that part of the manual. And the worst thing is that these things do not harm only at this location but also damage the good name of the brand. This makes us think that next time it would be better to go to Culver 's because they really know how to take care of their customers there."

"everything was in order to escape. the suppe was very good and the salate was fresh and crisp. I was very disappointed by the sauce on the ravioli. it was very sweet and had a spicy that is not familiar to me in pasta sauce. I didn't like it from the first bite. I tried to eat it, but I couldn't. there were sausage pieces that would have been nice, but they were not cooked enough to be tender. very hard and of course the soss had on it. our server leslie was wonderful and when I called her and immediately told me what else I would like. I couldn't get anything with sosse so that she suggested parmesan combated chicken breast. it looked nice, but was thin and so dried I could hardly cut it, cute chew. the potatoes had a nice taste, but were also too hard to eat and the asparagus. I didn't say leslie about the chicken stable, I just boxed it to go home. I threw it away when I came home, but the kartoffels saved for breakfast. they were a little better roasted. we will never go back there and have been disappointed because it was nice. I hope the cooks will change the sauce recipe. even jammed sauce would be an improvement. I'd like to see her as a success."
