A waiter is constantly cursing in Italian as he frantically moves between tables, completely ignoring the guests. And the boss, who used to be always friendly, doesn't even greet you anymore. You generally have the feeling that you are annoying the staff and that you are somehow a burden to them. The food has also become worse and the presentation is completely lackluster. It is simply “slammed” onto the table and it looks the same. We've had enough now and don't come anymore, even though we used to come here often."
