"Das Bubak ist ein Restaurant, welches mit einer sehr passenden Wandmalerei versehen ist.Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche Dame im Service. Im November schließt das Restaurant bereits um 20:00 Uhr. Eine für Stadtmenschen sehr ungewöhnliche frühe Uhrzeit.Wir haben eine geschmacklich solide gut bürgerliche Küche erlebt."

"This place has a fun atmosphere with old west decor. The outdoor seating is very nice and perfect for families with small children as there is a playground next to the seating area. The kids can play and entertain themselves while the adults relax and enjoy a drink.The service is unprofessional and very slow. It took almost an hour to get our drinks, and even then, they forgot part of the order. After the main course came, we asked for salt and pepper. It never came. Total meal time was 3.5 hours.This places claims to be a steakhouse, but the meat quality is very low. I ordered a 200 g medium-rare filet. In place of a single filet steak, I was served two overcooked and gristly filet tips. TIP-They only accept cash. No EC or credit Cards.I do not plan to return."

"We came for a late Sunday lunch, and had the best experience ever. Excellent service. Warm, welcoming staff. We expressed curiosity regarding the towns pride: sour gherkins, that lots of Sunday tourists had bought buckets of at the market. The restaurant provided us with a delicate selection of gorgeous gherkins before our main courses were served. What a delight! It was not added on the bill either. The mains were excellent also. If near by - do not miss it!"

"We visited the Golden Lion in Lübben for the first time today and were very positively surprised. Everything was here, from service to kitchen. It began with the recommendation of the place by the colleague. A table was recommended which gave enough space for my wife as a person in a wheelchair. The chair was removed immediately. The menu leaves no wish open; only six fish dishes. Ochsenbäckchen were also recommended. Both this farm and the catfish kept us well. The wine Riesling from the Weinbauverein Neustadt an der Weinstraße was also of very good quality. Prices are very reasonable. We have rarely felt as comfortable as you in recent years."

"A good restaurant right on the Spree. With very friendly and attentive staff. There is something in the menu for everyone. We had as an appetizer the SPREEWALD-SALAT (leaf salad with sauerkraut, spices and mustard gurke, horseradish) see picture. As the main dish of the FISCHPLATTE (pieces of trout, pike and slender fillet with spore forests sauce and smuggling, with potato snow) and the FÄHRMANNSPLATTE (Rumpsteak, chicken breast and pork steak with mushrooms and Schmorgurken, with roast potatoes). We were very well saturated and can only recommend the Restaurant Klee."
