"What's going on, guys? We've been coming to Binnekill since the opening. Yesterday evening was one of the worst culinary experiences we had. We waited 20 minutes for water, over an hour for our food. When it finally came, the pig bells that were always one of my faves were hard and ridiculously salted. Between the appetizers and in front of the ducks the check actually came to the table. The server asked if there is anything else? Yeah, our food would be nice. He seemed confused. When the salmon arrived, it was miniscule, tough and tasteless, but much better than the main rib that was just a huge piece of fat, and edible. We both sent back. The cook agreed that we have the salmon free. I gave it to my son who ordered the meat mentioned. Our servers were all apologetically and sweet. We loved this place. Please do what you can to get Binnekill back what it was."
