"Upon arrival, we were quickly seated, although the host didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic or friendly. This is an area she could definitely improve on. The menu was extensive and featured all the classic favorites. We went for the tandoori platter, which included fish, shrimp, and chicken on a bed of salad, accompanied by perfectly cooked basmati rice. The tandoori items had a delightful spiciness to them, and the samosas were exceptional—we ordered four because they were that good! We also tried a selection of naan filled with cream cheese, peppers, and garlic, and there were plenty of other varieties to sample next time. Each dish came with sauces that enhanced the flavors; the mint sauce was refreshing and summery, while the chutney puree (was there apple in it?) was delicious on everything. The tandoori came with a lovely orange sauce that could complement almost any dish. Our food arrived quickly and was served piping hot. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, though it felt a bit dimly lit. The men's restroom was spotless. However, I did experience an empty water glass a third of the way through the meal, which was disappointing. The server didn’t check in on us or refill my glass—another area for improvement, along with the host's welcoming demeanor. Overall, I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars, and I plan to return to explore more of the menu. I’m taking off one star due to the lackluster service, but I’d be happy to update my review if they enhance their hospitality next time."

"faster service and delicious sushi and sashimi! saw in the sushi bar to watch the sushi masters at work. enjoy a large cup hot green tee and enjoyed their sushi and sashimi plate with the great selection of fish. I love how they have a bottle spicy mayo and sweet brown sauce right at the table! I always love to dive my fish in this witness! also took a disc tiramisu home, which was very light and sweet."

"Visible mold on the baba ganoush we received in our to go order, and not a small amount of mold. They also gave us the wrong order (which was minor compared to the moldy food we received). Refunded us for the wrap we never received, but only offered us a discount with a value of $4 for the moldy food and one apology at the end of a 10 minute conversation. We were not comfortable eating $70 worth of food due to the clear lack of quality control. The response to serving moldy food was unacceptable."

"For Midland Michigan, I'd have 5 stars. But I had excellent Indian food in other areas of the country, so for me it is a 4. The garlic Naan and the vegetables Samosas were excellent. Some of the best I had. The butter chicken was very good... not GREAT, but I would order it again. The goat Vindaloo was very good. Will order again. This will be a regular place for us."

"this morning for the first time here and I promise it won't be the last. atmosphere: go through the door and lighting is big, not dark, was immediately met and sitting. very friendly professional waitress. the caffe was probably about 1/3 full, it has a very relaxed family feeling. host: waitresses are friendly, friendly and very friendly. order them drink and they were delivered within 2 minutes. coffee has never been low or cold. ordered eating when supplying drinks and in 8 minutes everything received perfect as ordered. cleanliness: this is important to me and they get a gold metal here. I was looking for eating shredded on the floor, corners, under tables, nothing, impressed. quantity and quality of food: the portions were average but very tasty. Eggs were perfectly cooked, over well, and pancakes were still hot enough to melt butter. I have eaten in hundreds of restaurants and caffes, by far the pancakes they all. the taste and the texture got a 10th conclusion: this is now my breakfast in midland. I'll eat tomorrow by lunch and I'm sure it won't disappoint. beware of the workers and owners in back in tagescafé. very good to know that a place still exists where the customer is satisfied and happy to go in and out of the doors."

"I and my mom went to lunch yesterday. our goal in the summer is to eat somewhere where we have never been before. scotty’s soulfood was one of the best. we had the chicken steak and sweetheart. delicious. we will definitely be back!"

"Pretty decent food but not sure it's so good to justify the high price point. For 4 small plates it's at least 80$. The shrimp sharing plates and crouching tiger are really good- but again very overpriced.But one of my biggest sticking points is for takeout/delivery they package cold food under warm food. This is pretty unappetizing if not downright dangerous. I've worked food service for a while and this is one of the biggest nonos."

"I'm glad I gave this restaurant a second chance after a not so great experience in November. This time around, it was much better. Including the service. Pretty much everything was done correctly with no rush to turnover the table. Staff were young with some older staff around, training them. Food was good, however, the salmon was small (maybe 5 oz. and tasted a little soggy like it had been frozen. The wine list was extensive and a little confusing because some good wines were listed as by the glass even though they were better than some of the wines listed as by the bottle. The wine list could be a little more curated. I ordered a bottle of 2016 French white Burgundy (chardonnay . However, the wine was actually a 2017. Not a big deal as 2017 was a better year for Burgundy but it doesn't always work out that way. They also need glasses with a bigger bowl. I know those can be clumsy and take up space on a small table, but they can make a difference with certain wines. I would return."

"We were in Midland for the day and googled a local restaurant. This WhichCraft Taproom came up with good reviews so we thought we would stop in for lunch. The minute we walked in the door I instantly liked this place. A young man told us the host would be right with us. The host then gave us the option of sitting inside or outside either in the front or the back. It was a fairly hot day so we decided to eat inside and we're seated immediately. Our waitress was Hannah and she was excellent'. Everyone was so friendly and service was excellent. I got the mozzarella caprese wrap and added chicken. It comes with a pickle and chips. For the chips you have the choice of regular, black pepper or barbecue chips all homemade kettle cooked. My friend got the white cheddar grilled cheese sandwich and it also came with a pickle and choice of kettle chips. Both of us had the option of a cup of fruit or a dip for the chips as another added side that was included with the sandwich. The sandwiches were huge. We each ended up taking 1/2 of the sandwich home with us for a snack for later. I would definitely come here again when I come to town."

"A nice change. For a moment after entering Murray's, Publius got a feeling with relief that he may not be in west Texas. A deli counter, wood booths, good lighting. Publius ordered a Ruben and tomato basil soup. Both very good. Simple food well done. A nice selection of beers. The only distraction was having to listen for your name to be called out when the order was ready, then having to hear everyone else's order being called out. Still this downgrade of service did keep the price nice. Food 22/30, Decor 21/30, Service 18/30."

"let me tell them about this place! we were with a party of 22. They were very transparent, they are short served as the rest of America is at this point in 2022. mason was our server for all of us and he was absolutely amazing. he was on our drinks, appetizers and escapes. he never let a glass go dry and made sure that the whole food was perfectly prepared, even those with special requirements. mason is a jewel in the service industry and they are happy to have him. now eat: the nutritious and the Calamari visitor can be some of the best I ever had. the Schnook-Fish-Entree was boiled to perfection and the sweetness that came with it was the perfect amount of crisp and taste mixes. other in our party bragged about the Rib Eye, filet, kalb and lachs. it wasn't an escape over cooked and everything came out beautifully. if they are in midland, this is one thing to try! service and eating were 10/10"

"This is a charming little coffee shop that's just the right level of busy. It's not overly eclectic, making for a comfortable atmosphere. The baristas are friendly and efficient, handling orders swiftly. The coffee itself is quite good, and the prices are very reasonable. Unlike Starbucks, this place doesn't have that corporate vibe or sense of urgency, which is a definite plus. While it might not be the ideal spot for lounging, it's a perfect choice for enjoying a quality cup of coffee."

"The food is okay but it's completely befuddling when you cant ask for a simple split payments on two different CCs when every other single restaurant in town does so she was either lying to me or didn't and couldn't figure it out! And this was a manager no less. I will never spent my money at this particular location ever again. I bet the whataburger down the road would have split my payment and I'd be happy eating my food instead of writing this rant and formal complaint to the manager on staff during this time. Time stamped 8:42 pm September 9th 2023 whataburger on main is a joke. This isn't the first time I've experienced poor customer service from this location and never complained until now everyone's thoughts and experiences should be shared good or bad unfortunately this was a bad one for me"

"If you are looking for a place where you can walk through the door and step back into the 50's with vinyl records hanging from the ceiling, old car magazine covers on the wall, friendly service, and classic American fare, this is your place! I was in the mood for a chef salad. It hit the spot! If you are looking for metal silverware and actual glass glassware, they use plastic utensils and foam cups. But that was perfectly fine with me."
