"We ordered BBQ for 40 people from Wildfire Smokehaus catering for an engagement party at our home. Our party was just a few days after Christmas 2021. We ordered brisket, pork, beans, potato salad, green salad, and cornbread. Elena was our contact, and I have to say that the BBQ was fantastic, and the service couldn't have been better! Elena was super helpful, and had our order ready at the correct time. She really went the extra mile she also included paper products, along with racks and Sternos, to keep the food warm. We are former Texans, and this party was for our Texan son and fiance, and we all agreed that this BBQ was awesome. Go ahead and order from Wildfire you won't be disappointed! We will definitely order again!!"
