"This location doesn 't look very clean and seemed low on their supplies. They stated they were out of chicken (minding it was 10:30 11 am). I was told that iced caramel coffee was discontinued which I found hard to believe because I knew for sure that other locations still offered it. The staff was not very friendly. I ordered the drinks and the sandwiches to go. I got the drinks fairly fast but not the food. So, I am standing there for about 10 12 minutes, watching them quickly get out the orders for the drive through, and wondering why I was being ignored. Finally, one of the employees asked me if I was waiting on something. Of course, I was, for my 2 sandwiches. I showed my receipt, and she said, Oh my gosh, I am sorry, we forgot to put your food order in the system. So, 10 more minutes later I got the sandwiches. The peak of frustration was when I got home and found out that most of both croissants were burnt black. I 'm never going back to that store."
