"I travel widely with my position in nuclear power. I had not been to this restaurant in over seven years since it was owned by Chapins. The female bartender, a somewhat heavyset girl with tattoos, was initially nice but then turned somewhat standoffish. I had the Mardi Gras pasta which honestly had a great flavor but was a mixture of cold and lukewarm. I did not want to complain because of her mood. I ate what I could, finished my drink and ask for my bill. The bill was $41 and change, I left a $58 and change tip for a total of $100 even. It is what I do back in Pennsylvania consistently whether someone gives me great service or not. Maybe she was having a bad day, I’m not sure. So I would at least give it one shot, maybe you will be luckier than I was. Anyway, I treated someone in her position like I treat every other restaurant worker I come in to contact with, they always get my respect and dignity and I tip them well. I won’t be frequenting this establishment again. Nothing personal, I’m just a once and done guy. Eddie Conjar"
