"The service was lacking, as the waitstaff did not pay much attention to us. The restaurant seemed somewhat run-down, with the building, chairs, and menus all needing some TLC. The food we had was decent, but it took a long time for our meals to arrive."

"It's horrible. The food is underground. The onions in the soup were still raw and that was the case for 3 people who ordered this soup. The pizza had ketchup on it instead of pizza sauce. The chicken parmesan was still frozen and the pasta was cold. The kitchen staff is unable to cook or use a microwave. The service staff is not able to count the people at the table because we had to point out to the waitress twice that there was not enough cutlery on the table. The restaurant should either hire new staff or close completely."

"Great typical restaurant! The food was great and the portions were large. The service was also very good even though we stayed past the closing time given the affluence of the restaurant. The pies are worth it! We ordered 3 to try the different flavors and they were great. Although, with all the food we had before, we ended up taking some parts in boxes. Great place to come and have a great meal."

"The food is amazing here. The alcoholic drinks are delicious. The desserts are even better. You have a really nice bathroom, but only 1 hour. The staff is friendly, but as there is a busy restaurant eating a little, but waiting is worth it. They serve salsa and fresh tortilla chips to stop you."

"Management and personnel at this point are always in good spirit. During this visit, the shift manager immediately addressed a problem with the door and is always helpful and polite. Welcomed all with a big hello and went to the treatment of customers in the dinning area. Great people and fantastic experience! Thank you."

"I ordered the chicken fried rice, the rice was very dark. The chicken was undercooked. The meal was just all around no appealing and I couldn?t eat it. I order crab Rangoons to replace it, paid for both no issue. The lady cashed me out (cash) and proceededto go cook my food infront of me without washing her hands. She was so sweet but I was unsatisfied with the food and the lack ofhand washing."

It was insane especially for the amount you get, idk if there with this inflation sh!t or what but i only ordered here becauseit was closer but im done with that.. I went back to my normal Chinese place blue sky in Shenandoah. I got 5 orders of food for $56 and it taste amazing."

"We pull up and order and pull around to pay and proceed to the next window to pickup our order and as we proceed to the pickup window all seven vehicles ahead of us are told to pull into order pickup parking as we were told the same which I replied it is a single happy meal and large fries I'm not pulling up. I wouldn't have minded to pull up and park if I was waiting on five combo meals but what I had ordered was so simple. I have worked on fast food so this was quite ridiculous to me. So a few minutes had passed and like magic our sons order was being handed to us. The service of MC Donalds has really gone down hill fast over the last 10 years. I hate going to any McDonald's but my son enjoys it from time to time and if he smiles it makes the aggravation worth it.
