"This Chili's is hit or miss. If you order to-go in the evening (after 8), the staff will not come out to your car and you will have to go in and get someone's attention to even get them to start packing your order (this is between 30 minutes and an hour after the order was made). Nowhere does it say this, this is just something I've figured out on my own after sitting outside the restaurant for an hour multiple times. The food is usually good in the afternoon, but deteriorates in quality throughout the day. The service deteriorates even more quickly. For the last 2 times I've used my rewards to get free chips and salsa, I haven't received them just because there was a second order of chips and salsa in the order and the staff got confused even though it's on the receipt twice... Not a difficult concept. All and all, I would only choose this Chili's if you're willing to potentially have an issue with your order."
