"Maybe this place did well in the past. I wish I had read the recent reviews before visiting because it was just sad in here. I’m currently here watching 5 workers who look like they’re here over the summer break from high school run around without order. The phone is ringing off the hook. I may have seen 1 adult pop his head out in the entirety of my time here. There isn’t any music playing which makes the vibe feel so much more… dead. It is busy but it feels like no one wants to be here. There are orders stretching across the line and there is no one to expedite the process. This is probably why there are no owners or managers here to oversee these workers. Money is coming in and since it still is without leadership, why should a leader be there? Sorry Victoria’s Bagel Bistro, I wanted to become a regular here but I won’t be coming back after this. It won’t matter to you because you don’t care about your customers. It shows in the way that you manage your staff."

"Cute spot! Waitresses very nice. Ordered the emperor roll, gyoza, and fried rice. Food came out very fast. TRY the emperor roll !! It was very good, lots of variety in one roll, and didn’t disappoint the taste buds. Btw the raw fish on the roll did NOT have that weird texture that makes you want to throw up..thats VERY important!! Fried rice was good, I personally hate fried rice with peas and carrots so this rice was perfect for me because it didn’t have any! Gyoza was good too. Also what gets bonus points is the bathroom. Very clean, smelled nice didn’t make me want to scream like most restaurants bathrooms do. Try this place! 10/10 recommend :"

"every time i come in remotely close to 10:30 for late night apps there is one specific host, a younger boy who blatantly makes remarks about people coming in and says stuff like “come on man it’s almost 11.” he repeatedly checks his phone in front of us at the host stand and as he’s walking us to our table and he said to the waitress “sorry they keep coming in.” he just told our waitress at 10:50 that he would make sure that’s her last table. lemme tell you something if we did that at my applebees, (not seating until the end time 12am) we’d be fired that night. the one time he stated to me and my friend at 10:40 “i hope you know what you want the kitchen is closing soon” meanwhile every time i’ve been in, there has been over 10 tables sat at a time and a line of other ppl waiting to be helped at the door. he’s a horrible look to the business. if he does not like “late nights” he needs to clock in elsewhere.regardless of when the establishment closes or stops seating there are certain things you say in front of customers and comments you keep to yourself especially as a host, the first impression of the restaurant."

"It was a Saturday evening that my friend and I went here to eat, so it was pretty busy. They were amazing but a tad slow with service. The atmosphere was beautiful and happy, the interior is bright and clean. The food is amazing with huge portions as well!"

"I’m visiting for work. Some back to back meals at Francesca’s have been worthwhile Pizza crust has no flip yet still maintains good texture AND chew, that’s a personal preference so I’m biased and really really enjoyed. They also have some good varieties and style of pizza. Their dinners are hearty, the garlic knots seasoned, salad was fresh and pasta was not over cooked. ? Easy local spot to recommend for the regulars in the area. I’ve saved it for future visits ."

"When you walk in the smell caresses your nose with its tantalizing scent. The servers are all cheery and helpful the entire time. Our server was Ashley oreo and she was able to give helpful recommendations on our first visit ever to Bertuccis. Everything was quite delectable and the pictures didn 't do justice to their food. Flavor was more than we had expected and honestly they are worth every penny. Will be hungry for more~ Kid-friendliness: We went with our 2yr old son and they had booth seating so we could trap him in as we ate. Children 's cups that he could use without spilling, and a children 's menu. Everyone was understanding of his rambunctious nature."

"The staff at this restaurant is very disrespectful. They need to know that as a customer I can choose to spend my money anywhere and that a very big part of there business strongly depends on recommendation from repetitive customers so it's highly important as an establishment to treat each customer with respect . today I had a very bad experience with a staff member at this restaurant I have had many deliveries to my address before . So I call to place a order for a delivery as I have done so many times in the past I was told that my address is not in their deliveries zoom so I promptly asked if it is a new policy that is set in place because I have had delivery from their establishment before to my address the staff I dealt with was very rude gave me know explanation then promptly hung the phone up in my ears.. now I know that I am only one customer and that losing my business probably does very little to them but sometimes all it takes is One bad Apple to spoil the whole bunch.. so if it's a lesson in proper business etiquette that there are locking maybe the owner of this establishment need to load up their workers drive to a Chick-fil-A and listen to how the staff members their deal with customers. Because it is these very same customer that you promptly Hung your phone up on they are the reason you carry home a paycheck .. so Crust N Fire .. as a repeating customer I am very disappointed today.."

"I want to be clear that I love the chain B. Good. This specific location needs some work though. The smoothie I got was perfect and the fries, not so much. They were given to me uncooked and soggy. What I love about b. good's fries at their promenade location is that they are always crispy. When I was at this location I watched the guy preparing the fries open the oven door multiple times as they cooked. When I was talking to the cashier about the first batch of uncooked fries, the same guy tried to give me uncooked fries again. I hope this problem can be addressed because b. good is an amazing chain restaurant."

"Asian Chef has become my Sunday 'go-to ' for Asian food. They do it all Thai, Sushi, etc. I ordered Thai online for my honey and myself and put a note on their online platform 'no meat or fish ' in food please and got in the car to go pick up. I received a call from Asian Chef telling me that one of my choices had fish stock in it. The gentleman that called offered alternative options which were vegan and let me say...it was the best Thai food I 've had in the area. I really appreciate the call I got from them letting me know my selection wasn 't vegan, my honey and I are strictly meat free and I appreciate the suggestions offered. Excellent food with exceptional service. Just a note, this restaurant is about 30 minutes from my house. It is worth the drive."
