"Night shift is horrible. They ignore all people standing in lobby waiting on orders. I had a personal mobile order. They assumed I was one the ten delivery people waiting to deliver hot food to paying customers. It is evident that the lobby and mobile orders waiting in the lobby are NOT a priority, but drive thru customers apparently are. Had they addressed everyone waiting, they would’ve known my order was waiting for them to hand it to me for over 20 mins. To top it off, my food was wrong. I will not be returning."
