"Lovely! Superb! As someone with Celiacs the menu was out of this world. Gluten free cheese ravioli!!! To die for. My party was seated, a group of 5 very quickly. Honored a request of table/booth combo. Food was served fast but they mixed up one of our orders and sadly it took a while to come out to them. I think the larger parties order went in at the same time and it got lost in the shuffle. But they comped it from our bill!! It was my birthday and they served a tiramisu with a sparkler haha. The general manager came around often to check on us. Lovely atmosphere, the food selection was amazing and I will be coming back often!!!!!! Thank you for making my birthday special!"

"The Birria tacos and Pernil (Pork) were cooked to tasty perfection. I recently moved to the area and hadn't tried this place, despite having driven past is maybe 20x. Today I tried it and I was NOT disappointed. The food was, PERFECT. Good portion size, great taste, well-priced. An excellent, EXCELLENT, option for good food in the Smithtown area. I will be going there at least once a week moving forward."

"The place is small but quaint and clean, I ordered the Paella Valencia and boy was that delicious!! I really, really liked. It had a lot of flavor! The portions were huge enough for lunch the next day which was just as incredible as the evening before. They serve Latin Mexican food. The price was reasonable for the quality of the meal. I am definitely going back."

"I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful TRIO for 13 years !!! Before IL Trio was born, there was Torcellos, in the Elwood Shopping Center, on Jericho Tpke. Fernando, Jesus Gladys were the heart and soul of Torc for over 20 years ! All of their blood, sweat, tears, and years was poured into this new restaurant and it is AMAZING! I 've recently been to IL Trio and they have not skipped a beat! The food, the atmosphere, and the service are above and beyond top notch. This 'Trio ' has only gotten better and moved a bit further out east. My family has been one of their regulars for decades now and will continue to be and follow them wherever they go. Great job guys keep up the good work : IL Trio will never disappoint !!"

"This was my first visit to Senor Taco and I was pleasantly surprised. I was in the area looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat, and I saw Senor Taco and decided to give it a try. I was very impressed with the delicious food that was served hot, as well as the friendly staff. Marissa was particularly great - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The outdoor seating area with beautiful tables and umbrellas added to the pleasant experience. I highly recommend Senor Taco."

"I went back inside to request that they remake the sandwiches since they were covered in vegetables and sauce. However, they refused to remake them, claiming they had done nothing wrong. Despite showing them the cold, untoasted sandwiches and the solid, unmelted cheese, they still insisted that the sandwiches were toasted. When we asked for a refund, they initially refused, but eventually relented after speaking with their manager over the phone. It was a very strange and frustrating interaction. I miss the previous staff and owner of this location, and I will not be returning."

"Two of us came here for dinner. When we entered, we did not notice that there was a queue because there were empty tables in the hall. When we entered, a middle-aged man in a blue shirt, with a bracelet on his arm and a necklace around his neck, came to us. He was very rude. He acted like he was questioning why we came. He pointed out in a rude and condescending manner that there was a queue. We didn't realize there was a queue because there were empty tables, then we realized there were one couple in the queue. They then gave us a table at the back of the restaurant and we sat down. What I observed while sitting down was that he was very rude to the other waiters and belittled them as well. This environment and rude behavior made me unhappy. There is someone there who treats other employees and customers badly. Other than that everything was fine."

"This restaurant review is terrible. I requested a different lid for my son's ice cream, but the employee behind the counter told me that they only use those for their soft serve ice cream. I couldn't believe it - it's just a lid, after all! Instead, he had the audacity to place a piece of paper towel over my son's blue raspberry ice cream, put it in a white bag, and send it to go. It was truly a nerve-wracking experience! The customer service was awful and the staff were very rude. It's a good thing that my child loves this place, otherwise I would never return. I am completely appalled."

"I like these types. they are always nice and friendly. I'll hear a few tomorrow on the way to work for a breakfast sandwich and maybe something to lunch as I did today. I don't know what they're in their fish salad, but it was excellent. mostly seafood salad is always dry, but they did it really well. cannot complain about these types, I think they are excellant."

"We decided to have dinner at The Sundried Tomato cafe and were promptly seated with no wait. The waitress was friendly and took our order quickly. She even thoughtfully provided our 4-year-old daughter with a cup and cover without us having to ask. We ordered a slice of pizza for our daughter, penne with vodka sauce for my wife, and meat lasagna for myself. The portion sizes were generous, and we were impressed with the quality of the food. The vodka sauce and lasagna were clearly homemade and not from a can. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the bill was very reasonable. We were glad we made the trip and would definitely return to The Sundried Tomato cafe in the future. Overall, a fantastic dining experience."

"What do you do when your kids do amazing on their report cards you go out to the greatest Greek restaurant on Long Island. If you haven't guessed where I'm talking about yet they have something that I like to refer to as crack chicken. I swear they coat this stuff in crack because I can't get enough of it. The food is only second to the people that own the place. Had a great conversation with Matt as we were leaving I told him that we were so happy with our food. When we arrive the immediately brought us pita and chickpea salad. The chickpea salad is made with a very light vinaigrette chickpeas and onions. It is very simple but so delicious. The pita is warm out of the oven and cut into quarters and they brought us yogurt sauce to dip in. My wife had spinach pie and a salad. She was very impressed with the size of the Peace and overall The taste was great. My daughter went out on a limb and ordered something very unusual for her. She ordered a cheeseburger I have the only child that goes to a Greek restaurant and orders a cheeseburger. She said it was cooked perfectly and love the addition to the fresh tomato and the onion. My son went even Wilder and decided to order mozzarella sticks. I have never been more embarrassed for my family in my life. Just kidding they order what they order. I ordered a dish called the happy waiter which was crack chicken with onions and peppers and tomatoes all mixed together. The best part was it came with a bowl of my favorite soup lemon orzo soup. It has such a great flavor here that it is probably my favorite on long Island for this type soup. For dessert my kids have ice cream again being daring. My wife ordered a piece of baklava alamode and I ordered another greek dessert which was pretty good. I'm not even going to attempt to pronounce the name of it so I took a picture of the menu and you'll see it begins with a G Overall everything was fantastic. Our waiter Marcus was accurate and attentive without being overbearing. Obviously we will be back and back often. They have large Colombian cuisine, they are specialized in Empanadas. All I got from here was delicious! I'm back on my next trip to this place!"

"Friendly staffing from the time I walked in the door. I went there for muffins and they were fresh and delicious. One of my biggest requirements is excellent customer service and they passed with flying colors especially since I am a minority and the current climate in which we are in. "I understand that small businesses are having a hard time during the pandemic but it doesn't excuse a business for lack of effort. We ordered appetizers and entrees. The meatball appetizer legitimately tasted like microwaved frozen meatballs from Costco. The centers were cold and were presented horribly on a plate. The waiter forgot to ask me for my side. Ok no big deal, i reminded him and he apologized. Later, he forgot to bring it out as the meals came. My entree was wrong, and he brought out the wrong dish. My husband's entree was not good at all. My youngest son's chicken fingers were bland and dried out. My oldest son's rigatoni ala vodka was bland and tasteless. My husband's dish was un-appetizing. He took a few bites and did not take home any leftovers. What happened to this place. Years ago it was good! Unfortunately, this will be our last visit. It is such a shame because it is so close by. You want to see small restaurants succeed, but they won't if businesses like this lack any effort. The best part of the meal was the bread."
