"at the beginning we were greeted by a warm host who sat up with a fantastic view of the hudson river on a beautiful sunny day. then we met our blonde waitress who didn't seem to know what a smile was. when I ordered the sole francaise, I have correctly pronounced Fran-says the waitress (that she incorrectly corrected me) says, it is extremely french chays I replied, no, it is pronounced Fran-Says she rolls her eyes wrong says again, it is extremely french chays at this point should they have realized that even if a customer tries to tip something wrong, which I was not starting, it is not during the meal it was not much better from her (forget about, ignoring, more eye-rolling, etc. but I know that this is not a reflection of all the staff since I had eaten there before had wonderful service of hostes, bar staff, busgirls, etc. in any case I have ordered the sole francaise in the did, it was something of the freshest I had ever. our table had also generous portions of lobster bisque, perfect oysters rockefeller, several sorts of sandwiches/rolls-ALL wonderful. this would have been a perfect 10 experience if only for this waitress (they need some improvement in the training of workers on how to explain the menu how to avoid offensive customers if these waiters continue to work here), but since I know I will make sure not to get them again, I will offer for everything else that this restaurant has to offer."
