I have been going to the Norman location since they opened, it's a hangout for Fridays after work with co workers or for family outings. The food just gets better, service has improved a lot. There was a problem with my drink last time the waitress i wish i could remember her name but she was so sweet and helpful she got the manager and he personally came and took care of it, that means a lot. Love the beer selection, great place to watch the game.The price for beer is on the high side<br/"

"I have such a love-hate relationship with this place. It's my go-to for a quick bite, and the food is pretty good, however, the service is terrible. As for the food, if this is your first time trying Thai food, I recommend pad Thai, pad see ew, pad kra pow (the Bangkok style), kao soi, and Hainan chicken rice. Their spices are pretty spicy, so if you want mild, you should ask for spicy level 2 or 1; level 3 is on the spicier side."

"Our food was out SO QUICK! The gentleman working the register suggested the fried potatoes with the garlic sauce and they were amazing! Great service and our portion size seemed larger than what we've received at other locations! Definitely our favorite Fuzzy's location"

"we came back to the city last ostar and we stopped after a long trip to relax and have a nice bite. it rained and in the middle of the run tried not to get wet, I forgot my mask. I sent my son back to the car to get my mask, and one of the hired cried out from behind that I couldn't be in without a mask. I've honestly explained that it's raining, and I just forgot it and my little boy ran out to get it. She immediately said she'd call the police if I didn't leave. I thought she was joking as we were literally the only customers in it and she was 30 feet away from me and poured it out with thunder. she was obviously not when she started for the phone. lady, use a healthy sense. we have gone, and I am not back, and I will not go back after the little unknown ceremonies. I was so incredibly angry that she would rather stand in the pouring rain, instead of right in the door with no one, even in the restaurant, while she was behind a plate of bulletproof glass that wore a mask herself. I let many things go during the pandemic regarding hospitality and customer service, but this experience is the one I have never forgotten."

"terrible server. some of the younger server speeches müll over their tabs in one of the pos (point of sale) systems next to our table. I overheard them to make fun of their various tables, to say rude things about the guests, and experienced only a complete lack of professionalism. I worked for the Darden group (the company that red lobster, olive garden, bahama breeze, etc., and I know that if I had treated customers like this server, I would have been fired."

"if I could give zero stars, I would. Eat took out forever, we had a order of great mouths served us, which were stoned, as hard as a rock. the food runner who brought out the food, said we were out and nothing else. each court had a missing side. bands were very hard at the edges. the manager has compiled the big mouthpieces. I don't care we had to pay anything. we haven't eaten, and when food comes out of the kitchen, I can't trust anything else. this is very regrettable, very doubtful we will ever be back to this place."

"I have been having an issue with this restaurant for some time now. Today, I ordered a number 2a, which consisted of a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. Unfortunately, when I got back to work and opened my bag, I discovered they had given me a crispy chicken sandwich instead. Despite repeating my order multiple times to ensure it was correct, there was a communication issue with the foreign worker taking my order. While I have no problem with foreign workers, it can be frustrating when there is a language barrier. This has happened before and it is becoming increasingly frustrating to have to work so hard just to place an order. I believe that if someone is going to work in customer service, they should be proficient in taking orders correctly. Overall, I have had enough of this restaurant and will not be returning."

"I hadn’t been there in a while but definitely didn’t feel like the experience was as good as it used to be. I have always loved the “Victoria’s Filet”, medium rare, Pittsburgh style and it is usually comes out looking about like a black tennis ball yum! This time I got a steak that was about 1/2” 3/4” at the most thick, was no where near Pittsburgh style and didn’t have much flavor. It’s hard to cook a steak that thin medium rare and for it to have enough time on the iron to get much flavor though. When I mentioned it not being Pittsburgh I was told that the cook said “Close enough” . Let’s just say “Good, not Great”. "first visit. I was with the woman. super beautiful, elegant and overall a great place to take someone who is special for her. okay for the details of the review. this place was just fantastic. the waiter was friendly, friendly and respectful. eating was hot and the amount of food they get is in plenty of quantity. we had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, a bit on the strange side for me, but tasted great. I had the ribeye, this is the picture with the garlic mass sauce. soouo good! my wife got that huh and we had to share the baked potato as a side. everything was super good and super hot. so delicious. this place may not be everyone's cup of tea, but if they have the chance, they give it a shot. I would recommend it and I will go back sometime. my only impact on this place is not budget-friendly. However, this is in fact a place that falls among them, what they pay. cleanliness, waitstaff and food all well worth the bill."

"The prices for 99% of the menu items end with a "9". The price for all the draft beers ends with a "9" except Bud and Coors which end with a "0". Why is this important, you ask? It's not. I'm just a obsessive compulsive guy who notices those things. I ordered the keep it simple burger which was served with generous crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and crunchy purple Onion. The taste of the burger wasn't obliterated with excessive salt or seasoning. I am convinced many burger chains use salt as a preservative and bacteria killer. The iced tea tasted freshly brewed. I saw a tempting milk shake infused with Bailey's I will sample when my grandsons aren't with me. The burgers are pricier than most places but the quality and size are offsets. You may even want to share. Kim is a great server."

"I really enjoyed having dinner in this restaurant. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Norman and Oklahoma state. I ordered Chicken Marsala and it was the best cuisine I have haver had in a restaurant in my entire life! The taste and quality were amazing! Also, a great well-trained waiter served us very professionaly. The only issue I noticed was the high price for the wines. I think the wine prices were not reasonable at all. All in all, I am very happy to choose this restaurant and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great restaurant."

"My daughter has food allergies, and while Ted’s is always very accommodating, the service we received today was extraordinary! The server was very knowledgeable in taking our order and then the manager came to double check that my daughters meal was safe, made the meal herself and then hand delivered it. It was a refreshing breath of fresh air as eating out is always very difficult. Thank you!!!!"

"in front of their official hours! introduce an online pick-up order by 10:19 clock on a Friday night for a 50/50 and a fried ravioli. they get a phone call after they had Friyer problems and then that they had online order problems. They closed at 10:30 and had already shut down their frittier. they were more than willing to make me a pizza that was not in my original job and did not require them to use their frit. if they turn off their kitchen at 10:00 a.m. on Friday night, then change their hours to reflect this! this is not the first Hideaway location in the subway to close the dinge before their specified hours. Perhaps the top management knows this and it is a business practice. whatever. to a place that was opened their specified hours and ordered by them instead."

"A fabulous meal. From mushroom removal to bread, wedge salad (her blue cheese dressing is standout), shrimp scampi Pasta and fillet.... all fantastic. We got the lemon cake and it was wowza so good. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful, although obviously very busy with other tables around us. I will be back but not sure that I can branch out to try new articles as what we have already tried was so good lol"

I had the meat dew and my wife had a crispy chicken cibatta sandwich. both were delicious. the service is top notch and the restaurant is nice and clean. the washroom is very clean and well kept, and the tw in the mirror set a life target that I didn't know I needed! I would like to be here in a cool night to see the beautiful kamin before the entrance. our server carry a was a joy and had our drinks ready before they were empty and was a pleasure to visit."

"This is one of my faves. Always remarkable. Freakin fantastic everything! The Risotto is your own event, but you can eat it. Vegan and vegetarian options. The work of art is fun and the service is always on the point. The non-alcoholic drinks are great. I hear the guided drinks are just as delicious. make reservations. "You order at the counter. Fast service and friendly. I got the brisket sandwich and baked beans. The brisket sandwich was good. Both of the sauces were good. The brown sugar one reminded me of a smokey sauce while the vinegar one had a good l, sugary bite.The buns were nothing to write home about, just a basic white bun. I would not get the beans again. They had a chili flavor tothem and were spicy. Not like jalepeno spicy, but a spicy that grows. My son had the pulled pork and fries. The fries werecrispy and had a slight batter on them. I love locally owned, but won't be back with other options available that are better."
