"really terrible. even on a scale of this a burger king, this is easily the worst burger king I have tried to order food from. when I first tried to order the mobile app, they said they couldn't complete the order because they lost power. no big thing, but they couldn't refund me either, I had to get in touch with the company to get a refund. That's pretty annoying. then I went back and put a mobile order, they told me that they could not see my mobile job, so I filed it again, could not see it yet. I checked my bank account and had 3 fees for the same order, the manager told me that they have nothing to do with the app, they can't refund the orders, they can't do anything, and that I had to contact my bank to get the money back. no idea how to eat, could not even be so far"
