"I was in Amalia several times for lunch in the working week and had great food and service. Saturday morning we stopped for breakfast for the first time, the place was pretty busy. We were immediately greeted, sitting and taking our orders. In less than 5 minutes our order was brought to our table, perfectly prepared. My steak right, bleached eggs for perfection. From my seat I saw the staff, both front and back. Our waitress checked us, other employees made sure our coffee cups were full. The customers' employees. The guy in the back, who managed to handle the dishes, even came to check if all the tables were in operation, which I certainly wasn't his job as others were in operation. This team shocked! Very impressed! Management, congratulate your team!"
