"My family has been going to Roma Delight for many years; we had private parties, family gatherings, birthdays on the back and just drove for dinner. So we came to our 45. Wedding day and I decided to have a surprise party for my wife, a group of 15. I called 3 weeks ago to ask if one of the private rooms would be available in the back, she assured me that, as I booked it, 3 weeks later the night of the party my daughter went a little early to set up some decorations and much to our surprise our party was pulled out on the terrace, in the heat, NO, that was not the agreement, they said they had larger parties booked for the private room. I guess we were piled up for a bigger party. They beat us in the bar where we were sitting in the bar right behind us, listening to our conversations, turning around and making comments and comments on our drinks, our toast, just annoying, all night was a boom. The food was good, the service was good, but the atmosphere sucked. My bill alone was $120 between my guest and me, so we dropped a lot of money. When I came home, I called Carmelo to vent my frustration on our accommodation, and all he had to say was regrettable that he didn't know what happened and stopped and he would buy us a drink, really a drink, WOW!
