"has been here several times and it is time that I write a review. I have tried many different items on the menu. the salads are excellent and are very large and very fillable, especially with chicken or salmon on the top (they must try the graciella). the tacos are great, the burgers and sandwiches are great, and the ducks are all fabulous. this place opened this year and the menu has already been changed a few times, so they keep it definitiw exciting here. they have many beers to choose from, both on hahn (which are often cut out) and in cans or bottles. this is a great place to try new beer and new drinks, as they always have specials. for example, I asked tonight for a margarita (for $4 especially) and they did a pumpkin margaritas tonight. I had to try to see just how it was, and it was really pretty good! the little restaurant makes a good use of its room with a beautiful layout, inviting bar and quiet lighting. despite a small square, the pub feels very open and airy. Perhaps the best thing about the gastropub is the personal. every worker I have experienced is very trained on the menu points and where the ingredients come and how it makes their food special. one of the bar channels that took care of me and my family a few times is excellent, he knew so much about all the different foods (I think he's at the cooking school). tonight, peyton was our server and she was welcoming, fast and a big smile in her face during the night. the owner often goes around the pub and meets with the people. it is great to see that such great people are behind such a great culinary experience. this is really a big little pub that is concord blessed!"

"This McDonald’s used to actually operate well. Not more recently!!! Every time we have stopped for a shamrock shake in the month of March, their shake machine has been down. Almost an entire month now that we have went there this is the case. I placed an order on the app Where I was able to choose extra sauces from the condiments. I picked up my order through the drive thru. During this time, I interacted with 3 employees. One at the speaker, one at the first window, and one at the second window. Not one of them bothered to inform me that my order was missing 3 of the sauces I ordered since the app doesn’t “charge” you for the extra sauce. I pulled back around and went inside to ask for my sauce. The employee told me that they don’t give them to you for that reason. I did get annoyed and made a statement that it would be nice if they told you that. Sure, it may be an app “flaw” but I was referring to the 3 employees I had interaction with since picking up my order. This employees response was that she doesn’t “control the app”. Sure that may be true but I really don’t think it would be too much to ask that instead of just not including the items I ordered and saying nothing about it, they could have let me know while I was picking up so I could pay for the items that I clearly had placed with my order. Instead of taking responsibility for that, blame is redirected to make it seem it’s solely the “apps fault” for this shortcoming. Extremely annoyed with this place"

"My family and I attended the Easter buffet at 3pm. There were 10 of us total. We were sat promptly and our server came over to the table immediately to take our drink order. So far, so good...I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. We eachordered the buffet at $31.95 per person which included non-alcoholic beverages (which is great, because we don't drink). Wewere all served our sodas in small plastic cups, which we drank in almost one sip, and were left to wonder if and when we wouldever get a refill (FYI most of us had Coke, so bringing a pitcher would have been great). I had ginger ale, asked for a refilland never received anything. Now, on to the buffet, which sounded much better than it looked. It was being portioned out bystaff (which is totally understandable), but it was cold. The mashed potatoes were real, but completely tasteless, the greenbeans almandine was mushy, penne with marinara was dry and clumped together, the chicken marsala was the only menu item wortheating (it was flavored very well), deviled eggs were room temperature, eggs Florentine bake was burnt on the bottom and stuckto the pan, the ham looked fine (it was just a water logged buffet ham, so pretty hard to mess up), and the prime rib was cut sothick that it was chewy and even the au jus did nothing for it. There were butter packets on our table but no rolls, biscuits,or bread of any type. My 84 year old grandmother asked for some bread and was told that the buffet doesn't come with bread, butsince everyone has been asking, she will bring a few rolls, which she did, but you would think she would have brought bread forthe entire table, and not make it seem like she was doing us a HUGE favor by bringing 2 rolls for my grandma lol! There weretwo a la carte options for dessert, carrot cake or banana cream pie, and each was $6.95. My husband and 10 year old son orderedcarrot cake, and I ordered banana cream pie. The cake was dry and very small, and my pi"
