"We really like going to Cracker Barrel for breakfast and this was our first visit to the one located in Jonesboro, AR, since we just moved here. I was pretty disappointed in the breakfast. Coffee was luke warm, French toast was not very hot, and my scrambled egg portion was much smaller than my partners, even though we were both supposed to get two eggs scrambled. My portion looked like about 1 1/2 eggs. The sausage was pretty good, and the apples were tasty. Overall, the server was somewhat attentive and did refill my coffee cup with hotter coffee, but that did not make up for the fact that it was not as hot as it should have been. My partner enjoyed her eggs and grits, but her bacon was far from the crisp she had asked for. Undercooked bacon is not palatable at all and could be dangerous to eat. The restaurant was crowded, but that is no excuse as there were plenty of servers to take care of the customers."
