"i was born in memphis lived in kansas city so i have ha the best bbq and rarely order bbq in california because it just does not live up to even my grandson's at home. but the sunday special ribs are my new addiction. they are slap yo ma good. the mac cheese is not as good as it used to be but the yams greens are. the gravy on the pork chops had me licking the paper over the top, that wasn't even my plate. it was sunday dinner again back down south."

"From all restaurants in the area (Fort Scott, Pittsburg and surrounding cities), Kyoto is the best for me and my family. Here's the reason: The buffet is very affordable (especially when you order water). Televisions in both main dining rooms help to keep the childdos occupied. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Most important: The food is excellent, with a very great variety! From all standard Asian restaurant favourites (egg rolls, crabs Rangoon, egg drop soup, mushrooms, whole green beans, etc.) to full salad bar, ice cream, hibachi grill and California sushi to American faves such as pizza, ribs, fried zucchini and chicken nuggets, which offers all the way to unusual finds such fried frog legs, Kyoto offers something for. A bonus: frequent diner reward cards for lunch and dinner. Very recommended!"

"The Roasted Chicken was amazeballs. The Market Fresh Seafood Salad, which is usually equally amazing, was awful this time. Tasted like enormous hunks of imitation crab and mayonnaise. Still, some of the best chicken around."

"Cold. The chicken sandwich looked nothing like the pic. Cookies were awful. The blooming onion petals were good but arrived so late they were soggy and the breading was slimy and falling off. The store should have some kind of quality control if they know the fried items will sit for a while. Fries were good. Chicken strips cold but okay."
