"I had an excellent dinner here. We had fried picks, shrimps and grits and ribs. The fried cucumbers were cut into mini spears and fried in a cornea battery. Much different that pictures that others had posted, what makes me think this is a kitchen that turns stocks to keep things fresh. The ribs were tenderly dropped from the bone and had a very sweet sauce with a little zipper. Shrimps and geese were delicious with a chorizo curve ball, although they were a little small."
