"the worst jersey mikes location they might think of. after ordering lunches here constantly online and my sandwich not even done when I arrive, I gave up on this place. No matter how big they tap or do not tap when they expect online to sit for another 10-15 minutes to wait for their sandwich. I would understand if it was busy, but today I did 10 minutes after my sandwich and wait another 15 for it."

I had Chilaquiles, my daughter had pancakes, eggs bacon. my was great as always only comments Tortillas could have been a little on the middle side, instead of soggy, but still tasty, daughter was all good out of bacon seemed as if it crispy otherwise we love it food, We will be back ...."

"The service at this restaurant is not always great, but it was particularly terrible during our recent visit. We had to wait a long time for our waters, and there were significant delays in service overall. The manager had to step in at one point to help out. One of our orders was incorrect and despite attempts to fix it, it still came out wrong. Additionally, our miso soups never arrived. When we told the server we didn't need them anymore, she mentioned that they were too salty and decided not to bring them. However, they still appeared on the bill. The manager did apologize for the issues and suggested we ask for him next time for a discount, but it would have been more appropriate to offer it on the current bill. Overall, the management tactics were lacking and we will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Since I started in Poway at the Walmart Supercenter, I've been going to the streets to find a place to eat. Well, this special Taco Bell has caught my attention that they are much better than the Mickie D is by far on the road. I am responsible for consuming the Cravings Pack and washing it before work. I must be strong to clean the products fresh meat wall daily and then sweep all the floor in the supercenter, oh I usually also have a Red Bull. Thanks Pepsi-Cola for a Taco Bell in the beautiful city of Poway."

"reservations around 1930 clock. after 18 clock. unprofessional and no customer service. our server kami was the high light and made it the best she could. she had to support our drinks also the bartender who was behind. they are slow and have not been prepared for one of their busiest nights in the year in poway! manager said she couldn't prepare herself and wasn't from poway. there is more what can be said. no comps or discounts or even a free appetizer offered."

"Honestly, this is the best Carl's Jr. I've ever been to! There's one that's a bit closer to my home, but if I know this location is open, I’ll gladly make the extra trip! The staff here not only get your order right, but they also excel in customer service. You all deserve a raise! Even the managers are wonderful! If you’re looking for great service and friendly people, this is the place to go! By the way, they don’t serve everything I know they have the ingredients for, but the young man and his manager surprised me by agreeing to make it for me after I asked! So incredibly sweet! "What a great place!!! I know these times are hard for restaurants but they did an amazing job! Seemed like there were only 2-3 front of house staff plus the kitchen. We did have to wait several minutes to be greeted then sat, however they did have a sign that all do saying there may be a wait and they?d be with us as soon as possible. Once we were sat, the menu is huge and everything sounds so good it was about impossible to choose! Our server, Dago, was amazing. So friendly and quick, didn?t seem frazzled nor did he rush us even though I think he was the only server, and was busy. Took the time to talk to us and get us what we needed. We all loved our dishes and tried a bite of each other?s. So good! The chicken fried steak Cheeseburger Mac and cheese Maple bacon burger Branding Iron burger The tater tots, mashed potatoes, bread stick, and chocolate shake also! Amazing! Can?t wait to be back to try more! Also want to try their breakfast!! It was so good, it was gone before we could take pictures! Haha"

"Came to San Diego from ATL to visit family and they brought us here for both breakfast and dinner. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The service is amazing, even though they were busy the waiter still gave amazing service. The food was phenomenal and the portions were great for the price. Breakfast was amazing, with a variety of great choices from pancakes to breakfast steak. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful staff and banquet services. Javid, the owner, is amazing and handled the details of this event to make it perfect. From the suggestions on the table for Meza to the servers for the buffet and food suggestions. We had 135 people, and we could not have been happier. "Not sure what all the fuss is about? I am extremely surprised by all the praise for this restaurant? Perhaps it is different when you dine in. The website states traditional Italian food, more like traditional 'American Italian ' food. Either people are extremely hungry and love anything they swallow or not well traveled. As far as my experience goes; I called a take out order. The guy answered and said sure what would you like, oh actually can you please hold. Got back on phone and hung up. I called again, asked if I could hold. Another guy picked up and received my order. Fine. My best friend picked up the meal, said the place was hopping and the atmosphere seemed fun. Nice. Now most importantly the food; The Pollo Parmigiana was basic, the side of mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box, and the best part of the dish were the vegetables. The meat lasagna definitely had a nice blend of cheese but you would have to search for the meat inside. Finally the gnocchi was decently cooked but the sauce was common. In fact when it comes to the sauce on all 3 dishes, they all seemed to be watery without any delicious texture whatsoever. I am quite surprised by all of the reviews claiming how amazing and delicious the food was? I tasted nothing but too much salt in every bite and not enough Italian flare, American or otherwise. Having family in Long Island NY and familiar with many cities in Italy and Sicily, this is NOT traditional. My best friend asked the next day if I wanted any of the leftovers. My response; is that some sort of sick joke?! You want authentic and delicious 'Italian ' food in San Diego, go to The Godfather on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Trust."
