"We were greeted by Juan for our 5:00 dinner reservation and sitting immediately. This restaurant uses the YELP! App for bookings and cancellations. Juan immediately left us with menus and took our drinks orders. We both ordered the beet salad and the boneless ribey. The salad was delicious, but as Juan warned us, a salad would have fed us. But that's okay, we'll eat the rest tomorrow! My wife ordered her ribeye (medium) with the lubricated cauliflower. She loved both. I ordered my ribeye (medium) with garlic potatoes. Both steaks had a perfect lake, were very juicy, tender and perfected. At 14 ounces there was a lot to take home. The side vegetables, a squash, onion and sweet potato medal have been seasoned for me a little bit much for my wife. We were at 17:00, enjoyed a good meal. Had excellent service and went at 18:00."
