"This location is one of the worse! They remodeled but the service and the food lacks. I have a child who loves McDonald 's so you can imagine I frequent McDonald 's quite a bit! This one is the closet to my house but I will sometimes go out of my way to go to another one. They can be slow, unorganized, the self service kiosk is either down, or can 't take cash. They almost always say they are out of apple pies, they mess up your order, and the food is just hit or miss! And do not order doordash through them because you sometimes end up with completely the wrong order. Now, this may be a combination of both McDonald 's and Doordash 's fault but either way it is a hassle. If you can avoid this location, please do so!"

"Where do I start...? First of all there are 2 lines clearly indicated to reduce the wait time but the first lane wasn't working and there were no indicators letting customers know that it was just one line to be used. So I was there for a while before being asked to join the other line. The voice thingy was echoing the heated misunderstanding going on in the kitchen, when it finally got to my turn to make payment the attendant didn't open the window to take the payment for a good 3 minutes!!!! When she finally got to open the window she threw out a weak apology that wasn't sincere and not one needed. To crown it all up my fires were too dry and my spicy chicken burger fell short of the Checkers burger glory!! My experience was so flawed from the get go that I might not visit in a very long while. Too bad. But hey life goes on"

"update to the previous submission: I only had the worst customer service here. that used to be my way to find Jamaican food, but when I wanted to pay the woman waiting for me, she said only cash or debit. the sign said cash or debit preferred, but not say no credit and in fact said $5 minimum to use credit (my order would be $60.) I left behind after circumventing with their evil reaction and posture and will not return. I will also make sure that everyone I recommended myries does not even interfere. updated to 1 star....I guess they don't need my business. I was in the mood for Jamaican food and saw all the great reviews, so I thought I would try myrie’s. I have ordered the jolt chicken flours that come with red bean rice and cauliflower. I have also added cocabrot, a beef patty and a pineapple ginger potion. When I arrived to get my food, I first noticed how clean it was. I always find it comforting to eat from a restaurant that has a clean interieur, especially with the current times. the man who took my payment and took my food was super professional and delivered a great customer service experience. Before he sacked my food, he made sure to show me everything in himself what was great because it is the worse experience to get food and bring it home just to find something that was missing. once I could eat my food I was super happy I decided to get my Jamaican food here! the jerk was so tasteful and the meat was very delicate. in other Jamaica restaurants I had boland cauliflower and dried red bohnen rice, but at this place they made it perfect! the cocosbrot and the bark patty were also delicious, and the pineapple ginger drink was refreshing. I want to come back here when I visit Jamaican food. this place is a winner!"

"I still love this place. Since I moved to Randallstown. Have not ordered for over a year, but their take longer than usual to supply food than they used earlier, pizza used to super melting and hot now cheese is solid and not gooey only warm. Not enough meat in the Gyros used for the price of $8 and salad to calculate large for $6 or more it can prepare a larger salad from Walmart for less."

"I ordered a small pizza and a sub at 19:30 clock and I never got it. I called them at 21 o'clock and they had no notice on my order. I told them that I had commanded that it was a young lady and I told them that she gave me everything. instead of fixing my problem, they argued back and forth on the phone for 10 minutes.
