"Unfortunately, the negatives of our experience overshadowed the positives. We were told there would be a 20-25 minute wait, but ended up waiting over an hour without any apologies for the delay. When I inquired about the wait after 45 minutes, I was made to feel like a bother. My spaghetti with meatballs had too much watery pasta, a thin layer of sauce, and only two small meatballs. I have had better spaghetti and meatballs at Olive Garden for a lower price.
Overall, the food was just average and it has been consistently so over the years. While I prefer to support local businesses and refrain from negative reviews, this restaurant is simply not the right fit for us."
