"I am extremely disappointed with this location. Keeps getting worse and worse. Just when you think it can 't get worse, they prove you wrong. Spent $70 in store, take out. They have a quality reviewer of the to go orders checking to ensure everything is there. They didn 't do a good job as I was missing 3 items and had to come back. I was offered an apology and nothing else. The chicken noodle soup I got was just broth. When I brought this to the managers attention, he said, they were busy, and i got the last in the container. ..... I 'm sorry spending $9 on a bowl of soup to have 1 carrot and a noodle is maddening. He then told me to ask ahead of time if the soup isn 't at the end to ensure this doesn 't happen again. Um, how about you ensure you are fully stocked with soup if you 're going to sell it? Why are you putting it on your customers to ensure they ask if there are noodles and chicken in the soup? I demanded a refund, and they threw away the whole order. What a waste, no respect for anyone. Do not come to this establishment they do not care about your businesses, waste food, and are extremely rude and unprofessional."
