"We’ve been here many times and have always enjoyed our dining experiences. This Saturday evening visit was a bit different. The restaurant was at full capacity, and service was almost nonexistent, then very slow at the beginning. Once the restaurant recovered from the large crowd, the service, bar and kitchen delivery improved overall. The outdoor dining was packed, and there was an event upstairs,so resources were stressed. Our meals from the kitchen, were not up to par to our past experiences. Borscht was thin and greasy, and our meals were served at just an acceptable temperature level. Tastes and presentation were very good. We will chalk it up to an off night, but the kitchen must monitor the quality before releasing meals to servers."
