"100% agree with checking your order before you leave. I often come in for breakfast and order lunch to go for later. I’ve mentioned to management that forgetting barbecue sauce on the barbecue chicken sandwich is kind of a key component, and frustrating. They took the feedback and my next sandwich was fine. I recently ordered a steak and cheddar as well as a Greek salad to go after ordering breakfast. They forgot to add cheddar on the steak and cheddar, and yes the meat was skimpy, but I more care that the two ingredients IN THE NAME of the sandwich are included. The dressing cup was also not closed so by the time I got to eat the salad at work later that day everything was soaked. (I had trusted the order was correct and packaged with care, my mistake) I’m used to them regularly forgetting ingredients but they never make up for it or offer to redo it correctly. I hate ordering rapid pick up just have to unbox and unwrap things before I leave just to make sure. I definitely won’t pay for a premium sandwich there again. Sad really. Fortunately there’s another Panera a couple miles up the interstate"

"We are new to the town and thought of trying to local Mexican restaurant and ended up to this amazing female owned restaurant. The food was amazing and so is the owner. She personally was going to each table and making sure that everyone is getting better service. We definitely would visit this place often. And yes if you’re a vegetarian just like us this the place, coz they have wide range of vegetarian options too. Stephany is our all time favorite hostess and she always make us feel like home."

"I was in rock hill to treat some personal business and got some bad things to do, so I decided to stop eating in bob evans for some comfort. I sat on the counter and had amazing service all the time. beautiful waitress chatting with me warm and offered more drinks. I loved the team feeling of the staff - although a waitress was my main waitress, everyone stopped and checked me. since I sat at the counter, I heard a waitress who insisted with the kitchen that the order of her customer is correct, and I smiled when the man beside me was greeted both with names and order (as one of the women teased him that they were from his regular eating.) I thought how great it was that even in a big enough city where everyone knows it was not, that there was something wrong it wasn't a big thing, and I was discussing whether to say something. mistakes happen, I was done halfway away (what was a lot and I really wanted to replace nothing else. when one of the waitresses came to check me, I mentioned it to her for the consciousness and told her that she should not worry about adapting the review. from any reason, but it hit me that even such a simple joy had been stained on this hard day, and I began to annoy. I didn't want anyone to notice this, so I asked for a togo cup since the waitress had just refilled my drink. the waitress noticed that I was annoyed and rushed to register to make sure that my review was adjusted. when I reached the counter, I was visibly annoyed so that another waitress (can the manager come to take care of him completely. first I wanted to present this review so that the personal knows that I was not at all upset about her or her work. secondly, I hope that everyone looking for a place to feel like family knows how a precious stone of this particular bob evans is. I'm not sure I've felt so good at a restaurant before. I love the way this be found a way to bring small city charm to a big box shopping center. keep them the amazing work!"

"I myself and a friend wanted to eat Mexicans and had never had mexicans in felshügel, so simply by pictures and reading reviews I chose this place. let me just say that I didn't have better picked up, the staff was very nice and the service was very fast. eating was absolutely amazing and her horchta was really good, so I give this a 5 star, his well deserved. everyone wants a great clean place to sit and a great dinner go here"

"I ordered the chair. my job was for a blossoming wobbly appetizer, ribery steak, salat, with backsweet potatoes, and broth leaf. honey butter with broth (not preserved). extra sauce for blooming wobble (not getting), blooming wobble had so much fat down and was all on the outside of the bowl, dripping up on salat bowl. was literally about my hands when I tried to take the command from the bag. for sweet potato extra butter and cinnamon sugar ordered (do not get the sweet potato - not get extra butter or cinnamon I didn't need because I got a regularly baked potato). so big take away from this review is check their order before leaving. make sure that fat will not soak through the bag, on the inner of her vehicle. I live 45 minutes from this restaurant, so call back to order not right or lack of cleanliness/organization or lack there, not an option that I take care of. it is 5 months or longer, since I have eaten or got eaten from this restaurant, will probably be longer than that before the next time."

"I placed a to go order here and waited almost an hour in my car for it. I eventually walked inside to go get the order. When I walked back to my car and opened the nachos that I ordered they looked like this. Trust me when I say it looked more appetizing in the picture than it did in person. There were probably a total of five chips with toppings on it. I walked back inside and asked the lady if she could have them remade. She told me “our nachos come like that”. I hope to god they don’t actually serve their nachos like that because I wouldn’t feed that to my dog. She finally said she would send them back and ask to have them remade. When she came back not even two minutes later she threw them on the counter and walked away saying nothing. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning."

"Disgusting! This restaurant is absolutely awful. The food tastes like windshield cleaner and the tea is subpar. The bathroom was a nightmare with roaches crawling around. The bacon was microwaved and not crispy, and you only get one slice. I even saw a roach in the kitchen. It makes me wonder if they are purposely keeping roaches as pets or trying to evolve them to adapt to different climates. Save yourself from this horror! My dog could cook better than this place. Maybe they'll have mosquitoes next."

"I loved LEE'S Chicken when I grew up. Then they all seemed to be closed. I was excited to find this at Charlotte. We have here on the way back from Columbia, SC. I was so disappointed. The menu was not extensive, I think they used baby chickens to freeze because the pieces I got were so small, and the staff were joking around and not much attention for the customers. So sad that it's what's left of Lee's Chicken."

"What A wonderful experience at The Pump House! My Wife and I celebrated our fifth anniversary there and had a delightful time. The food was exquisite and extremely tasteful! The waiters and waitresses were outgoing and cheerful and very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone and even families with kids. We had the most beautiful view from our table sitting on the balcony over the river. The prices were very reasonable too I would expect to spend $30-$40 per person after you include the tip and taxes."

"To say I love Sub Station II subs would be an understatement. It is my 'go to stop ' when I leave the gym most every afternoon. They know my order when they hear my voice as I call my order in and that makes me feel like a valued customer. When I get there to pick it up I 'm greeted with a genuine smile from my friends at Sub Station II. And, I have never gotten a sub there that wasn 't better than the last one. "I did not intend to write a review. I sent a concern to their email address on their website almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a response. I had not been to Empire Newport in awhile but decided to try it for lunch with friends. I ordered the Blackened Chicken Pasta which I thought would be a Blackened Chicken Breast sliced over a bed of Fettuccine noodles and Cajun Sauce. Instead it was a soup of sauce and noodle with a few piece of stewed chicken throughout. It looked like Crockpot cooked chicken without the fat pulled off. I should have sent it back but I decided not to and hoped they would either explain why they make blackened chicken pasta like that or make it right. All I got was crickets. Hopefully it was just a bad day in the kitchen."

"Sad to say I won 't ever be coming back. I used to LOVE their tacos and margaritas. I went there for my 20th Birthday AND my 21st birthday. But the last time I went there was absolutely AWFUL. My waitress (a much older woman with red lipstick and brown hair) was so very rude to me when I made the mistake of ordering a seafood cocktail and it turned out to not be my cup of tea. I politely asked for a replacement meal and before I could even offer to pay for the cocktail I had wasted, the waitress became incredibly nasty and rude stating You know this food cost a lot of money, right? This is not cheap, you understand that right? She looked down at me with her hand on her hip, tapping her foot impatiently and pursing her small lips. I would 've paid the difference, but her attitude appalled me enough for me to just say screw it. I kept it cordial with her but once she brought our food, she ignored us for the rest of the night. We struggled to get her attention for refills, napkins, and the to-go boxes once we were finished. Terrible old waitress. I will never spend my money there again with someone who has such an attitude. It really hurt me because I was a regular there and still got treated like this...And of course we did not leave the red-lip woman a tip. You don 't have to worry about us coming back."

"Mackenzie is such an incredible host/waitress. So accommodating she even got us a bowl of water for our puppy. We sat on the outside deck patio at a nice table with umbrella and our drinks and order was taken promptly. We started with and I Highly recommend the pulled pork nachos they are fire! (She easily put the jalapeños on the side for us as we requested) I’m a big burger guy so I ordered the cheddar smash burger which blew my mind, absolutely incredible. The Cajun fries were fresh and seasoned nicely but not as crispy as I would like. My party ordered the Reuben and they also had rave reviews. Atmosphere is nice, friendly and the food is top tier. HIGH recommendation. Well done to the staff and cooks!"

"I would give this restaurant less than one star if I could. My experience at Longhorn for dinner tonight was extremely disappointing. Despite wanting to praise the food and service, I cannot do so. We waited for 27 minutes, while 4 other groups who arrived after us were seated before us. We approached the hostess station twice and were assured that we were next in line. When we spoke to the manager, she acknowledged that she had seen us waiting but did not offer to seat us. It was clear that the staff was not on top of their game. This is not the first time I have received such poor service, and it will definitely be the last. I encourage others to support local restaurants instead of chains."
