"I have eaten dozens of paintings over several years and very appreciate that they are vegan-labeled options (the pancakes). unfortunately I found at three different visit small pieces speck in the pancakes. the first time, okay, mistake. they have made them new, were very apologetic, and I was not charged for the order. I was told that the preparation area for vegan items was cleaned, but that, as the speck was stored near, it must have been the original. I felt like it was more than enough of a satisfying answer. for the second time, I was more upset and refused a re-mask. the third time, recently, I specifically asked when they order that they avoid any speck. not only cross-contamination, but specifically explains why I asked them. I found a half of it in my vegan pancake. I would like to believe that it was a continuing accident that the ursache was not fixed, but the paranoider could ask if this was done intentionally, as the exact same problem is distributed over a year. I would like to laugh and make the sweat that most people would welcome free speck, but unfortunately it happened several times and I am really sad to say that I don't return."
