"The only problem was that there was no communication with the gentleman who answered the phone and the hostess. We waited half an hour. There were others who had reservations, and they waited well for their reservation. Usually I wouldn't wait so long, but it would have been for a long time for 530-8 on a Friday night. Now that is said, our waitress Erica A was absolutely AMAZING!!! The food was some of the best food we had in a long time. Service was fast and we never had to ask for a refill. It was drunk that they ran out of some desserts, but the bread pudding was perfect!! We will definitely come back, but will be a reservation for the next time."

"The worst pickup experience ever. I checked into their curbside service and waited for over 30 minutes! They were busy so I figured that might have something to do with it I was wrong. My order was ready BEFORE my pickup time (it’s printed on the recipe). I called the store and was immediately placed on hold for FIVE minutes until I hung up and called back. They said they would look for my order, placed the phone down, and then just hung up. No apologies once they brought the food out. By this time my soups and sandwiches were cold and my tea was incorrect. Safe to say we are never going back."

"As a Vietnamese food lover, I must confirm that the Pho in Linh's Restaurant is the best thing I had in Arkansas so far. What makes the Pho here authentic is that the soup is perfectly delicious, the beef and meatballs are delicate, and the vegetables served with the Pho are fresh and flavored. The only minus is the raw beef in the pho should be fresh, not frozen. I really hope Linh's restaurant could take that into account. We had also tried the egg rolls and grilled pork stew. Great. We were very pleased with the services here and will definitely return. Can't wait to check the rest of the menu. Very recommended!"

"The Cajun Pasta and garlic bread was amazing! I am very picky about my pasta sauce (white or cream sauce) to the point that I will make my own Cajun pasta home and order white or cream sauce in very few places. That was one of my favorites. As if I wasn't completely filled with my dinner, I had to try the Possum Pie and it wasn't disappointed again. Big piece of Yammy! My daughter bragged and bragged on the baked potato soup and the children cheeseburger meal was great and delicious!"

"La Villa is the best Italian restaurant in Arkansas! Ray makes his own sauces and bread. Everything on the menu is great!! You want a real treat, one of his pizzas. Try a pizza with Alfredo sauce for a real taste treat, they are all amazing. La Villa is one of the best kept secrets. Prices are very reasonable and there are always generous portions. If in Russellville it's the place to eat."

"The service was great. Very friendly, professional and attentive. The food was really good. You have shrimps, various types of fish, including white fish, crabcakes, gumbo, rice dishes and red beans, salad bar, desserts and everything for all you eat buffet for $19.95 per adult on a Saturday night. The frits were really good, crispy, broken. The ribs had to die. As you can see in my picture, I hardly touched the rib and the meat just fell into my hand. It was so delicate and tasty. One of the highlights of this restaurant is the small things they offer. You have coffee ready and hot at any time, even at the closing time. You have seasoned syrups added to your tea or lemonade. They have ice and frozen yogurt with all fixations caramel, chocolate, wrinkles, cones, they call it. And last but definitely not least, they have hot cinnamon rolls with warm icing you can take your with if you like much more. The little things really make the experience. Fantastic. Definitely worth the money."

"Well, I saw that this place had mixed reviews. They are not on DoorDash which made their takeout service hectic. It may have affected the quality of the food. We placed our order online and it seems that not many people utilize their website. They asked for our order number which we were not given an order number online. Waited 10-15 minutes after I arrived for the order. Then the food was not very good. All of the shells were overcooked and too hard to cut with a knife. The cheese was melted into the boxes. Most restaurants put something under hot dishes for takeout. They could have been short staffed and overloaded for a Saturday night. I’m not sure how the rest of the Mexican restaurants are in town but I wasn’t impressed by this one. Which I was very hopeful. It was cheap, paid under $50 for 6 people. I would happily pay more for better food and service."

"I moved to Southern Kentucky from northern Illinois two years ago and the Chicago area and suburbs are well known for its local diners and carry outs. A sandwich that all of them have on the menu is a Philly Cheese Steak and most of them are quite good. I was very surprised and impressed with the Philly Cheese at Slappyz. By far the best I've had since moving here. The fries and onion rings are amazing, too. After my initial visit today, I'm looking forward to more visits in the future! The service with a smile was an added bonus, too!"

"Feltner 's Whatta Burger is the ORIGINAL ' Whatta Burger. For those who think the big orange and white chain is something you've not the real deal! Feltner 's is a historical burger place according to any standard and is a landmark served in Russellville a true taste of family owned pride and quality in the product. Pretty classic type of burgers not the fru fru gourmet stuff now all anger. Yes, they can be quite tasty... but there's just something about a classic, thin patty, quite spicy and crispy/clouded fat on the flat grid served on a roasted bungalow with traditional spices that is timeless! Feltner's is not a flu fru Burger restaurant. It's a good old-fashioned, good burger! Oh and the French fries are always excellent, hot, crisp and seasoned exactly right (I never need ketchup for them that is a compliment). Your shakes are honest, hand-mixed goodness in several flavors or combinations and you can have as big as 32oz for the real Shaker fanatics out there! Service here is not always the fastest, but it is always fresh and always good! It is even worth the short way to go down the Interstate drive on Arkansas Tech campus and find Feltner 's Whatta Burger. It's worth it!"

"Delicious food, delicious fried cakes, excellent service, great quiet local atmosphere. Absolutely nothing to complain except how far it is from home. We had the fried chicken and the pork plate, everything was excellent. The sweet tea was so good or better than anyone I had in my life, the pig was perfect, tender, tasteful, spicy. The sides were all great, the squash, Mac and cheese, perfectly seasoned, great house cooked tasting food. The potato salad reminded me of what my mother did 15 years ago. After the payment we decided on a peach of fried cake to take with us, and it was amazing. Gently, fluffy, buttery, dusted with sugar and filled with sweet, delicate peaches. You can't beat that, absolutely recommend when you're in the area. You also had a ride through and through, but you get it, I'm sure it's great."

"What I like about The Old South is when you go there, you can enjoy southern comfort food and not have loud music here that is overwhelming. "Took FOREVER to get our food and there were only two other customers there, and they both came in after we had already ordered.It was VERY expensive for 3 simple small lunch orders...and they automatically added an 18% gratuit!!! Seriously?!?! This place was definitely NOT $72 worthy!!!This is the 3rd time I've tried this place...the 2nd time was to give them another try bc we all have bad days...the 3rd time was at my sons request.Its still a BIG NO from me.Fast Forward at least a year later: Gave it another try at the new location-Service was still super slow, chicken was dry, and it took forever to check out. The atmosphere is dingy and doesn't feel clean. Tables have scorch marks all over them, so it looked dirty. That's it for me. I tried!"
