"No, yesterday we had the pleasure of experiencing again the somewhat winged Lord from Messina, whom I described as Italo Trojaner in my report of 19/06/21; The agile young man, whom we usually had as a service since the death of the host, was either sick or free yesterday. I don't think of the other alternative that he might have quit, because that would mean that we might always have to deal with the foot sick Sicilian in the future. What we do not hope; it is not only that he is not one of the leftists, but also that he is quite difficult with the cash register system. When we asked for the bill, he wobbled around at the cashier forever, then came to our table again and read about us in detail what we had had on food and drinks. It is quite simple; the orders are entered into the system together with the table number and, if the guest wishes his invoice, printed together with the individual positions and the corresponding prices and the final amount. Shut up, monkey dead. Not so yesterday; the Italian blind fish was even able to conjure a dish that we had not at all, instead of the court that I had previously consumed with pleasure, on the ticket. But since both dishes had the same price, I spared a complaint and read it in light head shakes; I didn't give the good man extra tip. Those who had not reserved for last night in La Paella and just came by for good luck had not had this happiness; When we arrived there just ten minutes after the opening of the restaurant, there was already a lot of outdoor activities and there were also two tables (one of them was already occupied by Senora Guzman. And shortly after that, the last table was forgiven. If La Paella had had five more tables, they would have been quickly gone; so Senora Guzman, unfortunately, had to send a number of people who asked for a table with the request for prior reservation or to comfort them at 2 pm. As always, we had reservations by phone and belonged to the lucky ones. At home, I had decided both for my appetizer and for the main course, namely for the Pulpo a la Gallega and for the Calamares a la plancha . Not too small was my disappointment when I was announced on site that this time nothing would become: the Pulpo was completely out! This meant that not only these two dishes but also the Brochettas de gambas y calmar or the Parillasa could not be ordered. So I had to rebook; as an appetizer it should be the fish soup I liked, the Sopa de Pescado. According to the Italian serviceman, the demand in the kitchen at Senora Guzman did not confirm this. So I chose the soup at the price of EUR 9,50 and as the main dish for the Gambas a la plancha (EUR 19,50 . My heart favourite took the Sardinas a la grilla as an appetizer (EUR 6,50 and as a main dish the tapa maker mixed for EUR 12,50. She drank two big apple juice choir (0.4l EUR 3.50 and as today's passenger I took two Benediktin white beer (each 0.5l EUR 3.80, unfortunately from the bottle. Here I am saving myself wine; the three so-called house wines (see last report do not even correspond to my quality of wines. Together with the bill, two sombra came to the casa; I could have both. The Sardinas loved my wife very well; only the small oil pond in which they floated did not catch her. For this she found her mixed tapa maker as always excellent, the two squid rings that found themselves were probably the last Pulpo bid! My fish soup, in which very diverse fish still bumbles a wealth of other sea dwellers, was as always excellent. The Pulpo gap had closed the kitchen by adding a third instead of the usual two fat gambas and adding fish, muscles, mussels and small crabs. If my sweetheart had left me a sardine as a tavern, he was, of course, allowed to spoon on my soup in return. The gambas of the grill I had as the main dish were optimally cooked; on small chopped garlic cloves had not been saved and the patatas de casa were as always very crispy. We were very happy with our food as always; that the Pulpos were out we had never experienced here and hopefully it will not happen again. Our next Pulpo meals are therefore only postponed : ."
