"that was my first time eating ottos, only a few times I had pizza here. not the best experience. we expected it to do on a Friday night, and there were few people before us. No one came over or recognized a use for at least 10 minutes. next time we were, I was asked about my name and number and I was told that I would get a call in about 20 minutes. I waited 30 and decided to go ask about waiting time. No one had my number or my name and they were sitting in front of me, that was another girl I spoke to. she then called the one name she had on another list that was randomly the family that was originally behind me. we finally sat and waited 10 minutes on our server. the food came out quite quickly and I still love the Butternuss Quark, ricotta and Cranberry pizza. we also have half a cheese and half a pfeffer chocolate for the children. if they like a super thin crust, otto has it. the pizza was so fat and the crust so floppy my children refused to eat it and I honestly did not accuse them. the crushed tomato sauce was the best part of this pizza. we found out that in this night only 3 or 4 people work and underage totally understand, but I don't think we will go to this otto soon, unless they can treat the dunes in the customer load."

"Traditions! That is what a restaurant should be about, right? A place where family and friends gather for some great food and joyful conversation. This little Italian Restaurant located in downtown Saco, has created a special place with authentic Italian food that is fantastic. It magically brings you back to the Sunday family dinners where your parents and or grandparents slaved over the stove to create for you those traditional Italian dishes. This evening was a special one where my family celebrated my sister-in-law's birthday. I ordered the Pollo Parmigiana and was fantastic. The chicken was crispy and loaded with cheese and sauce and the angel hair pasta was a perfect complement to the dish. My wife ordered the Pesce Alla Paesana and was extremely pleased with the shrimp and scallops that were on top of a plate of spaghetti with a pesto sauce. My sister-in-law ordered the Pasta Pomodoro. She loved the dish which was loaded with sun dried tomatoes. Overall, the place was great and my family will made it a tradition to return to."

"It's cheap, fast, open late, greasy, and great. If you like the local's take on fast food, this is it. The Good: Fast service. Cheap food. Good for what it is, which is fast food. Open later than some other places. The Meh: No using indoor counters due to COVID. No outside seating except 1 bench. Basically take out only. The Bad: If you're expecting amazing high class food due to the stellar star rating here, you will be bamboozled. Go somewhere else or change your expectations."

"I ordered a blueberry muffin and a strawberry turnover and an ice cream coffee. The food was so dry and boiled and bitter it was honestly disgusting and I couldn't even eat it. The ice cream coffee wasn't good either. The older lady didn't work friendly at all. The Ac was broken and it was 90 degrees out, so it was hotter than an oven inside. Overall It was just a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to go here.."

"I was so mad at the waitress that we had the place not busy that she was chatting with her other employees instead of attending to the guests. I ordered country fried chicken, and it didn't come with enough gravy, so I asked for extra. Then she forgot about it, so I had to wave her down, and then my husband got the breakfast sampler it was supposed to come with ham, and she argued that it doesn't when it does so I said just give me a side of ham then and she literally waited until the ham got cooked before she brought my gravy over so I had to eat cold food at this point. Then I wanted to get an ice water and more creamers so I could enjoy another cup of coffee but she never came over to ask how our food was so I got passed and left TIP OF DAY PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS."

"WOW! We placed our order, and about an hour and a half later, it arrived at our door. I was shocked to see that the total on my credit card statement was approximately 30% higher than what I had been quoted. When I called the restaurant, a very young-sounding manager answered. He informed me that he wouldn’t do anything about the overcharging issue. I then requested a refund and mentioned that we would be sending the order back with the driver. At that point, the young man unleashed a barrage of profanities and stated that he would not issue a refund. After asking for the owner's contact information, he hung up on me. I must admit, I was quite frustrated, so I searched online for the owner's phone number. When I called and spoke to her (at home), she agreed to process a refund, but we have yet to receive it. Save your time with this place; the food is just okay—nothing special—and the customer service is absolutely terrible."

"We used the boss and the gardener as the Caterers for my sister's wedding and it was so great! During the planning phase, the cook was very responsive, patiently answered questions and advises the logistics. The food itself exceeded expectations, many compliments were given by the guests! And the prices for the catering was a stealing of a deal! Excellent value for the paid price and we cannot say enough wonderful things."

"The building itself has an interesting history, and the converted space has a great atmosphere. There are massive wooden beams and vintage prints on the wall. The food smells great, but we just walked in. The bar staff was very helpful and friendly. If I ever find myself in the area, I'm definitely back. I couldn't believe they were running a micro brewery AND a kitchen on site and one of their brews was just $4.50 for a full spout. You have beer to go, a cup club, really funny cocktails, growers filled for a VERY fair price, guests taps, and probably a lot more, but we just don't have time. If you don't try this place, you're missing!"

"This was the first seafood place I tried in Maine, and I was quite disappointed. The staff and the situation were great, but the food itself was missing. I have the crab roll, and really only enjoyed the food because of the pommes. The portion size was also bad for the price that was about $80 for two people. I wish it had more taste overall. Still breathe it and found potential in the meal will try more seafood"
