"I had not been to the Salina Red Lobster. this was my first-time visit. my husband and I were visiting at lunchtime on Sunday. It wasn't a busy time we went there around 1 PM).The server was polite and good at taking care of us. We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks for an appetizer. The biscuits were one of their services. Both are so scrumptious. The fish and chips were good mounts and had good taste. My lobster and fishes were also good. Inside the restaurant was so clean and comfortable. They had nice comfy chairs and dining tables. Also, all over the table was clean. I recommend this Red Lobster at Salina."

"They must have been short on staff, we had a 15 minute wait time and looking around there was hardly anyone there. That's not at all what upset us.. What was upsetting was we got sat at 12:05, we asked for game day menus from the host who said he would get them to us. The waitress got there.. we ordered water and told her the host said he would get us the menus we wanted... She looked around confused and said oh um I'll be back in a little while.... From what I could see and watched she had one party table who was ready to leave..... We sat without menus and drinks till 12:35. Not once did the waitress come back or look our way. We got up and left while the host watched and didn't say a single word to us. Yikes...."

"I always have a great experience with Chick-Fil-A. But today was different. Not only was I interrupted several times while they were taking my order in the drive thru, but they messed it up as well. Then when I was trying to explain to the manager that they didn’t get my order correct, she talked over me and didn’t let me explain, then made me pay extra. It’s really disappointing to go to a place you love and not get treated respectfully."

"The food is consistently delicious and cooked perfectly. The elderly African American man provides exceptional customer service. He is kind, attentive, and very helpful. Even with my two young children, aged 3 years and 4 months, I didn't have to struggle to get our food, have it delivered to our table, or clean up afterwards. He truly is one of the best!"

"i'm really good when I get here. especially the burger and the small food market in the interior. my experience with the employees was good last Sunday. one of the chefs was good to talk. he could not remember his name, but he was great and easy to talk and I could say he was good with people. they are open on Sundays until 10:45 and some nights when busy, they will press it until 11 o'clock. I also tip because we enjoyed our check-out experience. 5 stars there you go braums!"

"The food was amazing, pretzels for starters, then strawberry fields w chicken, shimp tacos American Burger.. Didn't get to try the beer I wanted..maybe they will have it next time...HOWEVER the wait staff Friday night was not great. They(3 of them) walked past us 9 times before anyone asked if we had been helped. 3 other tables who came in after us got their drinks even food before we ever got drinks. It was busy....but come on...The nicest staff person most helpful was the food delivery lady. She deserved a BIG TIP!! She was kind even took the time to chat 10 seconds with a regular. With the technology the wait staff had service should have been a lot better. I am a big Tipper for excellent service. Water tea glasses even got empty....service 101. I hope the next time we come in it will be better or at least better staff."

"Great little local spot that we found driving through Kansas. I ordered a cheeseburger, a spicy burger called the zombie and both onion rings and fries. I washed it down with a chocolate covered cherry shake which was ordered from a shake menu that included 50+ varieties. It was a great little place that had its own authentic feel a perfect spot for a drive thru if you are trying to enjoy avoid the copy cat corporate or franchise restaurant."

"This place is pretty good. Salsa is not the best that the service is very slow. Three more customers sitting after us get their food dessert before we our meal... 3 stars But the plates were hot (I love hot plates) the food was hot, 5 stars. I had asked the mixed fajita for caramelized onions of paprika, they were huge slices not caramelized 2 stars. I also hardly got a chicken or steak, it was mainly vegetables 3 stars, taste was 5 stars. My son got the 3 fajita combo: steak, chicken, shrimp, his was loaded with all three meats. Five stars. Overall I would go back here"

"The ONLY reason I 'm doing 4 stars on food is because the chicken in my strips was dried out a bit but everything else was delicious. It was my first time ever eating at a Braums, but it definitely will not be my last! The workers were all very friendly too, and helpful no matter what we needed from them; never made it seem like we were "imposing on their time* like MANY fast food workers do. Great Experience! Great Meal! Great dessert too. I got the banana split...I swear that sucker was the size of my face! It had to come home with me and get finished during a second sitting."

"Great food!!! Like most of their menu items, they could bring back some of their big items they set. Like the Super Roast Beef Roast Beef with salad, tomatoes and a special sauce and the Ham and Swiss Sandwich. 2 Bad decision, those were popular items. Love the Crinkle Fries!!! "This downtown bistro is a retro chain that offers a good variety of handcrafted beers and standard, but flavorful bar food. Be aware that all sandwiches come with Foo Foo bread. The burgers were delicious, but the waffles were just ok and slightly undercooked. The waitress was friendly, but the service was slow. There is plenty of parking nearby, and the restaurant is conveniently located across the street from the theater."
