"My wife and went this Restaurant approximately two weeks ago for dinner, I ordered Risotto and prawns and I was shocked and disappointed that you had to pay two separate prices for this meal, I’ve had this similar before at other restaurants in Monterey and I have never been told that risotto is served as meal by itself and anything else is a separate price,this is a disgrace, this will my first and last time that I will ever go back to this restaurant, to think you came highly recommended by a coworker of mine, sad to say I was very disappointed, you need to do a review of how you package your menu. Considering the prices you are charging."

"My husband and I have been coming to this place for a year now and it beats all the rest of the Pho places in the area. It’s always so fresh and the price for the portions is great. I highly recommend their spring rolls with their delicious peanut sauce and add some of the most AMAZING chili oil I’ve had at a restaurant here in Salinas. My favorite would have to be their salt and pepper fish, or pecan shrimp. I recommend trying their crispy spicy beef or their shrimp chow fung! Their broth is homemade and you can taste the love. Out of all the Pho places here in Salinas this one checks off all on the board for food quality, quantity and consistency."

"They used to try to get some of your donut requests. I listed like 4 5 donut types I would like included and received the opposite flavors. I requested jelly filled plain glazed or plain old fashioned etc. And I got coconut, chocolate, chocolate chips and chocolate bar. Kinda feel like I got all the rejected leftover flavors bc they are all unusual. On top of that iced coffee tastes extremely watery. Disappointed."

"Generally this is the best sandwich place in town. Occasionally when they don't have an ingredient they just substitute it without asking which is anno. Also, when you order more than one sandwich they almost always get the labels on the bag wrong. In the first few months I've easily gotten a dozen sandwiches from this shop. Mostly I'd say they were 4.5-5 stars. But this last one, qualthas dropped a bit. I hope it was just an off night."

"Disappointed in the tri tip for the salad and the burger. Both were overcooked and very dry. The salad itself was good just the meat was the problem. I also requested utensils and there were none nor any condiments included. Would not recommend for take out."

"This is a little hidden surprise I think in Salinas.It's italian and american fair with a mexican twist. I got the catfish and chips, and my husband got a normal Italian pasta dish, but it had a Mexican flair to it, he said it was different but very good.The catfish was cooked perfectly, with it being nice and moist and not over cooked. The kids split another dish I don't remember the name unfortunately, but it was another Italian marinara dish, with shrimp, and it had the Mexican spice thrown it. It did taste good, but it was a little too spicy for the kids."
