"When we went back to request a refund, the manager asked us twice what we wanted and where the tacos were. I had to explain more than once that I had thrown them up, and we had the decency to bring back the leftover half. The food seemed like it had been sitting there for too long.
Having worked in fast food myself, I know that customer satisfaction should always come first. Yet, the manager made no effort to apologize; she just said, “That’s weird. That usually doesn’t happen here,” as if we were trying to pull a fast one on her for simply reporting bad food.
I appreciate that she ultimately decided to give me a refund, as I would have considered taking further action if necessary. At least I got back my $4 change, but the whole experience left much to be desired."
