I have ordered from this Sayreville location many times and have always been treated with respect, the employees are very friendly, as are the delivery people. Taste-wise the food is always good and consistent Mymordernis always correct, and delivered in a timely fashion. I do botnpay attention to the estimated delivery time nor do I track my food. If something takes up to an hour from order to house, I'm good. Anything before that is fantastic, but really not reasonable. The app estimates food prep time, cook time, and miles the deliverymperson has to drive amd gives u an estimated time of your foods arrival. ESTIMATE. Of ingot homendrommwoek, prepare food, cook it , plate it, eat it, clean up and wash dishes I am looking at 2 hours at least. So I don't ezoexr ro eat until an hour and a half to 2 hours afternqorknanyway. I can use the app, order anytime and ask for a delayed specific delivery time. If it's late oh well. The app has no idea how many orders are going to come in and how many deliveries there are going to be in rhe next few minutes. It cannot tell the future. If you want food right now, go to McDonals amd bring it home with you. The only tiny problem I have is with the pricing. Inuse the $19.99 deal always. And the grand total after rax and tip always seems like WHAT??? How did it go from 19.99 to $35.00? Well it adds up. They charge tax, add DELIVERY FEE and then you add tip. It adds up quick. Not their dault!!"
