"Amazing stay! We traveled with out 2.5 years old from Seattle area towards the Olympics and this hotel was a great stop. You have everything you need here, from big rooms, comfy beds, different restaurants (from pizza to soups), casino and a nice place for coffee and breakfast. The nice thing was that for the first time we benefited from our kiddo waking up early lol. They have a $10 gift card if you check out before 9am. Nice location, we will sure be back! "Excellent everything. First, the restaurant was a comfortable temperature. I hate it when I need a parka to enjoy my meal. The Surf-n-turf and the medium halibut dinner were good size proportions and tasted excellent. Their coleslaw is a sweet coleslaw and was very tasty. I had a blackberry lemon drop that was a full size glass and very tasty as well. A great restaurant that we will definitely be frequenting when we go to Sequim."

"Golden Star is one of my favorite restaurants here in Sequim. This place is the first place my husband took me on a date. They have the best flavors when it comes to my food. The family that runs the place is the best and very friendly. I am really upset that they are set to close their doors on the 28th of July."

"Alder Wood Bistro is wonderful! I read reviews when planning a trip and I am so glad that we made a reservation there! Everyone who works there is so beautiful and the food is amazing! Great if you don't have gluten. Your gf cauliflower crust 4 cheese pizza was amazing! (Even my teenagers who can have gluten loved it! And the Fritten... you have to get a page of Fritten. You're the best we had! Your desserts are beautiful and delicious. So a great place to eat! I wish we could take it on the peninsula!"

"The food was delicious and our waiter was very polite. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and several of the wait staff came over to sing happy birthday to him. The young man who came by and refilled our water was also very polite. The men's basketball team from Peninsula College was also dining there just a few tables away from us but the noise level was barely noticeable. It was a very pleasant experience and our food was amazing!"

"What a diamond. Do not expect such an excellent experience when you go to the square - it is a little hard to find; it is behind the first set of doors that you walk on Google Maps. We had a big party near the graduation (I know, but we called before) and the staff killed it absolutely. We left the deceased. The cocktails were varied and interesting, and the food was nothing less spectacular. Thank you for taking care of us so well! If you want to eat in a more beautiful place that does not blow the budget, Dockside Grill beats over its weight in taste, menu options and style. Absolutely loved and will be back."

"Welcomed soon after entering, could choose a window seat in a nearby full restaurant. Since this was our first time we ordered typical items, Phad Thai, beef salad, sticky rice with mango and black rice pudding with coconut ice. Beef salad was our favorite, Phad Thai was delicious, but not the best we ever had. The dessert was a wonderful conclusion. We've been checked enough. Payment went smoothly."

"I have never been so appalled in my entire Dining experience. I went in for lunch, ordered 4 orders of Chow main and and assumed that our cup of soup came with our meal. The total bill came to $62. I was Unable to leave a tip.. And the owner stopped me on the way out and yelled in a rather loud voice that I did not leave a tip and I said. I didn't think I had to he goes. You have to leave a tip if you come in my restaurant. Since when is a tip required, I guess I'll be finding another chinese restaurant to eat at!!!!"

"Today stopped for lunch and was so impressed! Small place, small menu (all homemade, even bread), very friendly staff and the food were absolutely delicious. "If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My mom and I ordered the prime rib $18.00 with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The prime rib was thin cut, tasteless and cold. The potatoes were cold and slapped on the plate with an ice cream scoop, classy. The vegetables: carrots, broccoli and cauliflower were way under cooked and were brown on the outside. The carrots were so hard that when I tried to cut one with a fork, one half flew onto the table. Crunchy. It took all my effort to cut that carrot. My friend ordered the salmon. She got a six ounce piece for $29.50. Are you kidding me? That was also cold. Where is the quality at this restaurant? I am appalled that I was charged $77.43 for 3 uneatable dinners. This was supposed to be a “fancy” night out for my elderly mother. What a rip off. I want my hard earned money back. Horrible food. I will never waste my money here again."

"Great coffee, bakery, breakfast and lunch. They roast their coffee on site. I could say from the amazing aroma of active coffee roasting in the street of this wonderful cafe. The coffee I had was fantastic. Perfectly made from a fresh, medium-red mixture of several beans. The baked goods were fresh and very tasty. We ordered a breakfast Burrito. It was delicious. The flatbreads we saw that others had ordered also looked great. I wish we loved Sequim closer. I'd be a lot at Rainshadow Cafe!"

"The wait staff here were excellent both times I ate here during a recent visit. The food was hit and miss. For dinner I ordered the scallops and found them to OK . On the small side and not very flavorful. Mashed and veggies were tasty but unexceptional. Wife ordered the chicken fried steak and it felt a bit overcooked. The breading was nice and crunchy, but the meat was also dry. Gravy to the rescue. I thought the chicken fried steak looked good so ordered that for breakfast. This was my favorite of the trip. Not overcooked this time, and adding over easy eggs and hash browns to the mix made it a heart attack inducing bliss. Wife said the eggs bene were 'fine ', but used thin deli meat slices of ham and generic restaurant hollandaise mix."
