"I was always one to think that all Mexican foods tasted the same until I ate Pollo Loco. There is food is amazing and the portions are huge. Service is wonderful and they are so friendly!! If you have no chance to go, stop what you do and go now!!!"

"I eat lots of food. I’ve had amazing Thai food in Thailand and and in America, including a number of excellent Thai restaurants in Nashville. I really wanted to like this place. Server was very nice. It was a cute restaurant. The 5 star rating led me to believe it would be some great Thai food. Unfortunately it was the opposite. The Thai tea was far too sweet tasted like a cup of sugar in my cup. The masaman curry was watery. The stir fry was extremely salty. Overall we were extremely disappointed. I only ate the Chicken Satay which was fried instead of grilled, as it should be, along with the white rice. The rest was inedible."

"I ordered extra pepperoni after reading some reviews and glad I did or there would have been almost no toppings. The speciality pizza seems to have plenty. The cheese bread is very oily. You can lift a piece and the oil runs off. Overall it is ok pizzabut not work the 58.00 for 2 pizzas and cheese bread. It is a new York style pizza if you haven't eaten here before. The staffwas very friendly so I gave 3 stars. Very clean place. If I was judging on food alone I would give 1 star. To many pizza placeswith amazing food compared to this one"

"We highly recommend the chicken tenders. They are perfectly cooked fairly the same size. We did notice if you order 3 they are the same size. If you order 4 one is smaller. We enjoy the Polynesian sauce and honey mustard sauce. They are usually fairly fast you can not beat their customer service. We love support this business no matter where we are in the USA. The manager always sends me rewards. It makes my day even when I forget to use them. It makes us feel appreciated. We highly recommend."

"We arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday evening and was not expecting the size of crowd that they had. We started to worry we would be there a while, we had a show to attend at 7:30. The service did not disappoint or let down. Our server was very quick our food arriving less than 15 minutes after ordering, and we had a family of 7. Highly recommend The Chop House! oh and their onion rings? WOW! You can tell they take absolute pride in their onion rings! They're the biggest I've ever seen too!"

"The food was above average, but very small and loud place and service was a little hit or miss. Enchiladas were good, star was the red sauce and fresh pico on top. The margaritas were a bit sour but princess liked the mudslide. Chimichangas were crisp, but ordered beef and came out chicken. Beans and rice both bland but large servings. Think we had 5 different servers, clean place and fair prices but patio was very loud and we were only ones not smoking, ruined it."

"great experience! my wife, my son, and I went right at the summit of the midday. Little wait, but the host assured us that the time would drop quickly and it did. we have our seat, I ordered the lunch meat dew, my wife ordered the chicken dumplings with roasted okra, my son got the children chicken teeth. next to the friendly staff, the fast everything and the cleanliness. the food was great! meatloaf with a brownish tomato sauce with possibly the greatest cookie I've ever eaten. the okra of my wife tasted great (better than her grandmother). everything was hot, great portions and better than expected! remember, this is a heavy tourist area, so consistence could be a problem! a second trip will determine that! but manager keeps going to the floor. very beautiful experience!"

"My wife and I were traveling through Pigeon Forge on Pre-Christmas week and stopped by the Creamery. We have visited before and have never been disappointed. This visit we enjoyed some of their delicious “REAL” ice cream and also picked up some of their pastries and cookies. All I can say is YUM! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Large inside seating area. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend."

"Hands down one of my favorite places to eat a nice, high quality dinner. Hunter's platter (venison, lamb, duck), ribeye steak, and crab cakes were fantastic. Desert was bread pudding, chocolate mousse, and pumpkin cheesecake were absolute perfection. My family loves this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"We stopped here for lunch before going to Harper Brothers Mountain chair lift next door and had lunch. Their specialty seems to be breakfast, but we had lunch. I had the chicken salad sandwich and homemade potato chips. The chicken salad was good. It had cranberries, nuts and just the right amount of onion served with lettuce and tomato on bread. Also included a pickle spear. Very tasty! I will definitely have it again next trip. My wife had the special burger of the day which was called the Boss Burger. It was disappointing that they did not have all of the ingredients for the burger of the day. It was supposed to have had a bacon jam and they were out of it! That was the main reason for ordering it to give it a try. Very disappointing that they would offer a special of the day and not have all of its ingredients. The burger was not a quality meat and tasted processed and frozen. However, I must say that the manager stopped by and apologized and offered a replacement item. She had the salad which was fresh greens and had plenty of add on to choose to add to the salad. The vinaigrette dressing was very good. I would have liked to have tried one of their pies, but we were too full to have a piece (although it is very hard to say no to coconut cream pie!)The lady making pies uses her grandmothers recipes and are reported to be very good! The staff and waitresses are very friendly. I probably would have given 5 stars if they had the burger as promised, and if it was fresh ground burger and not frozen. Still good enough for a return trip to try it again another day!If you keep your receipt, you get a discount in your return trip!"

"We had great food and good service at a fair price! The restaurant was clean and felt open, airy, which is great while we live in a pandemic. We sat immediately and our server was friendly and on everything (I feel so bad that I forgot their name). I had the cake burger with truffles, but I could only eat half of it as it was huge. My friend had the Mais-Chowder something you wouldn't expect to be good in a Burger restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised! She talked about it two days later. One more thing that's brilliant, they have fresh rolls! I'm not sure if they do them in the house or from a local baker, but you could say they cut them into the house. Can't wait to go back!"

"My mom and I are on our last day of our visit from Iowa. We decided after the Bigfoot conference that we wanted some Mexican food and decided to go here. Place was full of people but we were sat quickly and promptly. Our server was very attentive throughout our experience and the food was delicious!!! Planning on visiting at some point again with the rest of our family and will definitely bring them here for dinner!!!"

"This place was SO GREAT!! It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's so good. We order lots of stuff and really liked everything! This little place needs to go show Holston's Kitchen how it's done because I sent one of their appetizers back there it was so awful. Local Eatery was far superior. I had the Fried Chicken and Gravy, the chicken was fried so good and season excellent. My husband had the Chicken Parm Buffalo wings and he loved them both. My mother in law had the Grilled chicken and Rice and she loved their rice which is rare for her. We also order the fried pickels and green beans and loved them. The only things I didn't like was the Mac Cheese and The Mashed Potatoes. I don't like skins or red potatoes) but my husband and mother in law liked the Mac Cheese. Their ranch is also good. Our server was great! Her name was Leslie, and we called her the One man show In a good way) she was doing all the tables and the bar all alone. She was great and kept our drinks filled. Be sure to ask for her! I'd also like to add that we aren't local and have tried multiple places the entire 4 days we have been here and this was The best place we have ate!! We will definitely be back next time we come from West Virginia !"

"Out server was very rude, one thing, she threw a bowl of gravy on our table. She was slow in bringing our food out, even though the Restaruant was not busy, we asked for syrup to be warmed and for some extra butter. We had too ask her 2 separate times for this,as well as the gravy as she only brought a small bowl of gravy out with biscuits for my husband and myself. We asked for a side of pancakes, which, she tried to charge us more than menu said and attempted to charge us extra for hash brown casserole, even though they were part of our ordered meal. We caught this at the end when she gave us our bill. We noticed the discrepancy, brought to her attention and she stood and argued with us. We just told her, forget it,she went and adjusted bill by a few cents, which we didn’t appreciate. She again threw our bill on table, and then left. Never seen us again. We went up, paid, no manager checked on us, we will not go back to that Cracker Barrel, and this is the one we’ve gone to for years. Never again. We feel we were done wrong, and Cracker Barrel is dropping the ball"

"I recently got takeout from China Town Restaurant in Pigeon Forge, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The food was not good at all. The chicken with broccoli meal had no sauce on it; it was just dry chicken with broccoli. Additionally, the chicken had some sort of clear slime on it, which was very off-putting. Although the sauce in the sweet and sour chicken was good, the chicken itself was not. Even the fortune cookies were stale. Overall, it was not very good food, and I wouldn’t recommend eating here."

"Didn’t know I had to come all the way from Michigan to the mountains of Tennessee to have one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough about how good the pizza was. The southern hospitality was spectacular as expected as well. Thanks again."

"Came down from Southern Indiana/Louisville KY with a large group of friends on a golf trip and we came here on Thursday 8/14 and had a blast. The owner and staff were outstanding and a lot of fun and the food was awesome. I'm sure this group will be back for the next annual trip. Momma Mia's is a solid 5 stars!!"

"Terrible food …don’t get the appetizer with the sausage and pimento cheese with crackers. It literally comes with a link of sausage on a plate and a scoop of the cheese with a few crackers. This place is supposed to be where the locals eat but it was just terrible. I ordered a Caesar salad with tomato bisque. The soup wasn’t bad but the salad had zero taste. My husband ordered the burger which tasted bad. Just all around bad idea for a place to eat."

"Excellent Italian restaurant away from the tourist traps, but well worth dining here! Food was THE best. Staff was very friendly and informative. Our waitress Lexi was amazing. We loved the bruschetta with the balsamic drizzle as an appetizer. Veal Tortellini and the Lobster Ravioli were the two entrees we ordered. They didn't disappoint! Wine was superb. The Tiramisu topped off our evening!Word of mouth, no advertising. Have to call to make reservations, but that is part of the charm of this place. Family owned, not a chain. We will definitely return when we return to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg."
