"Super disappointed, it became a 2 hour ordeal that shouldn’t have been. We got sat in 15 minutes, but our food took almost an hour to receive. Our waiter was great but he was over sat. The manager was more concerned with seating people than helping his own employees. I love Cracker Barrel but this was the worst management ever. His responses were just as bad, he said he checked our ticket and that well you got your food in 45 minutes, I’m sorry that is unacceptable! Again our server was great just had him waiting tables at both ends of the restaurant! Who manages like that! Visited on Sunday, March 27, 2022."

"Wow. If you read this, you're just going to El Mexico. We found this jewel thanks to Yrban Spoon, while on a trip and could not be satisfied anymore. You need some help with ambience, but that doesn't matter if you're looking for GREAT Mexican food. We had the Fajitas and a Steak Burrito and we were amazed, how tender and well seasoned everything was. Perfectly perfect! Service was also great! Try to visit this place again."

"I heard about a family friend, so the woman and I rode out to whisper it. The interior was nice and cozy and on foot in the ice salon was excellent. We both had the Tenderloin and Pommes with Homeade piano. Everything was very good. We finished dinner with a Blackberry Cobbler and Homeade ice cream. The Cobbler was good and the ice was fantastic. I can't wait to go back to Dessert."

"Nice place for some Mexican foods. The waitress Jessica was great to explain the menu and make sure I had everything I needed. The sopa de mariscos was so delicious I took my time so I could enjoy any taste it had to offer. I would recommend this place to everyone. Even the Fijita looked great."

And the place has changed so much but for the better they r always doing renovations and they have an outside area for people to smoke. "After years of visiting this DQ, recently I've been seriously disappointed. Our blizzards had not been blended, the candy was in a chunk on top. Multiple times now. Our last few visits my double cheeseburger was literally soggy. Last weekend I finally asked for a new one was treated as if I'd done something wrong. I didn't ask for a refund or anything, I just asked for a fresh bun. The second burger wasn't much improvement, I didn't eat it. I hate this bc I love DQ. We, as a family of 5, eat here a lot. We love our spontaneous trips for blizzards. Hopefully, it improves."

"We went in tonight at 9:10 and they close at 10. We ordered as soon as we got in there and we order the bottomless soup, salad, and chips. We were told we couldn't get that because it's only during lunch time which we know but have had a conversation with the general manager before and she said we could order that and she had no problems with it. Tonight however the server had to ask the GM and she came to our table and said the bottomless was being removed from the menu in September and she wanted to let us know so we wouldn't think the servers were lying to us. I asked can we still get the bottomless tonight and she said yes but this is the last time. They closed the kitchen at 930 so we couldn't get bottomless after we were told we could. They couldn't even make a Caesar salad because they put it all up. The had all of the tvs off and another gentleman complained as well. The Air was not on. If closing time is 10 they shouldn't be rushing people at 930. Tonight was it for me. I have given them so many chances ....... Shelbyville TN is the worst chilis I've ever been to. Always dirty, SLOW service, and rude managers."

"What the point of mobile orders or DoorDash/Grubhub order to skip the line when this Wendy's a few employees that work tell you the mobile order and drivers the wait in line. It's only happens when employees tell the drivers and mobile orders but they have to wait in line for the cashier with other customers order the food then. And then with a certain employee giving the food saying that as company policy and I told them it isn't what I've been this Wendy's and other Wendy's I didnt have to wait in line to pick up the food in line. A certain employee got upset and said you have to leave now. I told him the Corporate office and I did. I was there around 5:15pm. I know many other people that is not wanting to go to that Wendy's anymore that's almost the same problems"

"My husband and I dropped by for lunch today while we were out and about. I encountered a small issue with my sandwich, so I brought it up with an employee in the dining area. She promptly informed the manager, who came over to our table and was incredibly polite! He replaced my meal with anything I wanted from the menu, without needing to ask. On top of that, he refunded my money and treated my husband to a frosty. Thank you for the outstanding service! You really went above and beyond!"

"Yesterday I went through the drive thru and bought 40 cookies and they were very accommodating for me to put them in buckets, so I could say that I had a “bucket biscuits”. They also gave me lots of honey, jam and butter to make sure I had the right spices with my cookies. 12/10 Customer Service, will probably buy a lot of cookies again as soon as I eat them."

"The place itself is really cute- it's like dining in a house. The 6 of us there thought that was a great concept. Service was excellent. The food was good too. We had steak, mashed potatoes, creamed corn (they called fried corn), macaroni salad, asparagus, green beans, hot chicken on a potato waffle and loaded grilled cheese. Everyone liked their food except me. I thought the chicken was over cooked and too chewy but no other complaints from the table of 6. Prices were fair also."

"The reason I'm leaving a one star review is because of an incident that ruined the experience. I visited on July 6, 2024 at around 5pm. I was brought a salad as part of my meal. I took a bite and as I was chewing I noticed a hair in the bowl. As I chewed some more I then noticed a hair inside my mouth. 2 hairs total. One that I had to pull out of my mouth and then spit my food out. It was utterly disgusting. The frustration continued as I pointed it out to the waitress, who apologized and told me she didn't know who made the food that morning. That was it. She didn't ask if I wanted something else. No manager came out and apologized. They could have offered to take some money off my meal at the very least and they didn't. I should have left but I stuck around to have what I ordered, which was just ok. I went to check out and there were no mentions of the incident and no further apologies. Just two waitresses laughing as they talked to each other. I wanted to like this place as I had high hopes coming in and sitting down. Multiple hairs in my food is a sign of carelessness on the part of the people preparing it, and that's a recipe for disaster in a kitchen. I won't be coming here again. Be warned."

"Reserved for 7:30. Was not taken place until 8:30. Hostess was sarcastic. Rib eye was overboiled and chewing. Server was all the time on their phone and not available. Wings were great. Bar channels were attentive while we waited for an hour, and they even gave us a few pizzas to keep us. TV near our table was broken and the other played messages instead of the big games that were this night and the servers would not change the channels for anyone."
