"I placed an order for pickup at the drive-thru, but when I arrived at 6:00, the drive-thru was closed. This has happened several times, even though the closing time is listed as 9. I have no issue with the drive-thru closing early, but it should not be listed as an option for pickup if it is not available. This can be very inconvenient, especially if you have a broken foot, a baby with you, or are not dressed to go inside. It would make more sense if the drive-thru option was not listed if it is not actually available. Additionally, the pickup service is not quick and the food quality has been mediocre."

"Overall, it was better than many Arby's I went to. I went to lunch, so it was a long line. I was surprised how fast the line went, but what was nice. There were no problems with the order; I got the beef and Cheddar Combo and Jalapeño Poppers. The customer service was polite and my order was correct. My only comment, and this happened to other Arby's, is that they only gave me a Bronco Berry sauce for my 8-part poppers. But they gave me a second when I asked. The food was good; there were no problems."

"We arrived as a group of 34, a softball team and families. They told us they can only serve groups of 12 at a time. So we said break us into groups of 12 and seat us that way is fine. Then they said they have a group of 30 coming in an hour and cannot accommodate us. The restaurant was not full and there was many open tables. Disappointing that they found several reasons not to serve us."

"Not sure what the big fuss is about, people waiting an hour+ for a table. The catfish was mushy, no flavor whatsoever. Wasn't fried enough, all I tasted was the corn meal coating. My brother got the hamburger steak I think it was, it was so overcooked he couldn't even eat it all. Wife got the fried green tomatoes, said they were ok, nothing special.Cole slaw was out of a bag, with a sauce you mix with it. It wasn't bad, but I make better at home. Not worth the $120 (with tip) for four people. The atmosphere was nice though."

"The peach tea at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The garden turkey sandwich is incredibly delicious and quite possibly the best sandwich I have ever tasted. I would give it a rating of 100 out of 100 stars, plus infinity! I haven't tried my salad yet, but it appears and smells wonderful."
