"Shortfields is, by far, one of our favorite restaurants in Simpsonville. We've eaten here regularly for a couple of years now. I love so many things on the menu. The burgers, fries, sweet potato chips, pimento cheese, pasta primavera, fish tacos, and the list goes on. The menu is diverse enough to satisfy the picky and the adventurous. It's simply delicious! The atmosphere is inviting and so is the staff. I highly recommend it!"

"This morning, I had some yummy vegan crepes and lattes at this restaurant. Although the menu didn't specify vegan options, they can accommodate vegan requests. Unfortunately, there was a slight delay during my visit (around 15 minutes) because they ran out of vegan batter. However, the owner kindly compensated our meal and even gave us some vegan cupcakes as a gesture of goodwill. I was very impressed by their excellent customer service. I would give them 5 stars if I could! I highly recommend this place!"

"I moved to Greenville about a year ago and have been looking for that special local restaurant that becomes my go too and ladies and gentlemen I have found it! The Spice Diner is by far the best restaurant I have eaten at since moving here. Let's start with the menu. It's a larger menu with quite a few amazing dishes to choose from but it's not overwhelming large. The price point for this restaurant is excellent, I paid 19.05 for a lot of food. Honestly I feel they may be a bit underpriced. I order lunch for me and my mother via a phone pickup order. The staff member that answered the phone was polite and extremely helpful. She made sure everything was correct and insured I had everything I needed before hanging up. When picking up the gentleman at the drive thru was incredibly courteous and friendly. I order the chicken sandwich and chili cheese fries, my mom ordered the steak finger meal and substituted a baked potato for the fries. The food was nicely packaged and hot when I got home with no errors or issues. Let's talk about the food......... freaking amazing! The chicken sandwich was crispy and well seasoned with lettuce, mayo and tomato. The Chili cheese fries were salty pieces of heaven covered in gooey cheese and chili. The steak fingers were well seasoned and tender but the stand out was that baked potato! My gosh that was the best baked potato me or my mom had ever had! Well seasoned, soft and just perfect! Now as much as I loved the food I was not a huge fan of the chili, I am just use to a more wet chili, this felt more like chili flavored ground beef, but still delicious. The other thing was the steak fingers, back in Tucson, Arizona there was a place called Lucky Wishbone that did steak fingers that were more crunchy and we are just missing that. However these are amazing just not our style. Overall The Spice Diner is a amazing local restaurant that definitely deserve your business. Take the family and partake in some of the best food I have in Greenville. We will definitely be back to try everything on tha menu!"

"Ordered yesterday for Pick up. Sesame chicken was raw in the middle, all of it. Egg rolls were very salty, couldn't finish eating it. Pork fried rice was ok. Boneless spare ribs way to greasy. Beef and broccoli tasteless. Lo mein was very thick and had a weird taste. Not good. We won't order from here again. First last time."

"Very disappointed! We waited over an hour for our pizza. Other customers arrived after us and received their pizzas. We were a total of 7 people -2 kids and 5 adults. Half of order sat at the counter for 15 or more minutes. We canceled our pizza order. Manager finally brought it out. We told him that we no longer needed the pizza as the other half of our party was already finished. He never offered it on the house or offered anything to make the situation right. He took the pizza back and never apologized for the delay. I understand that good help is hard to find. You are the manager- you should have made the situation right. Not even an apology."

"I would not recommend going to this Arby's for dinner, based on my recent experience. My family and I went around 7pm and ordered 7 meals to go. After paying, my wife decided she wanted to eat at the restaurant and asked for 5 meals to be put on trays and 2 in bags to go. The Caucasian lady taking our order was rude and disrespectful, rolling her eyes and giving attitude. As someone who works in customer service, I believe in treating all customers with respect, even if you don't agree with them. It's a shame because we used to enjoy eating at Arby's, but the service at this location at five forks off Woodruff Rd was disappointing."

"The Coleslaw Arta tastes like imitation crab. The thousand island was meh. Potato salad was tragic. Most of the menu was quite standard tariff otherwise. There are actually two menu items that impressed me. The first is the roasted pig's stall. I like the dough and the skill they keep in cooking. Actually, surprised by the quality, considering that this is usually a weakness in such places. Secondly, they made their mash potatoes the perfect texture, at least for me. It was thick, but not until the point it was lumpy. All in all, only a pleasant experience to immerse fried food. Her fried chicken was also good. I had better, but it's better than the average roasted chicken. Service is good. You need to ask more plates/bowls instead of being able to pick them up. Also the utensils, at least those I received, were still a bit wet from the dishwasher, so first dry them with your napkins."

"First visit tonight. The best food we had in a long time. Didn't expect everything to be so good. Burgers and onion rings were excellent. My husband said that even the role was perfectly roasted. They were very friendly, good to go beyond and beyond to wash the marinade of their grilled chicken for me when I was a super "plain' eater. Moist, delicate, perfectly grilled. I love it! Baked potato, salad and grilled vegetables were super excellent. Fantastic meals."

"It's been a while since I was eating in a restaurant, but we went to Culver's after a day of shopping at the outlet mall. The people there were super nice, and the food was good as usual. We ordered a little too much for two people, but their chicken pliers are so good!! Really enjoyed food here, and the proximity of the restaurant to the shopping center is great!!"

"They normally aren’t horrible. Always very Slow but not rude or anything. But we went through the drive thru tonight and sat at the speaker for over five minutes and NOTHING. Eventually just drove off, I saw one car pulled up waiting on food but no car at the window. We are understanding, so if they would’ve came on the speaker and said one moment or whatever, that wouldn’t have bothered us so bad. But we even asked if anyone was there and nothing. The girl was looking out the window as we went by…. We went to McDonald’s for ice cream instead."

"I will never come to this location again. I've tried it several times and there is ALWAYS a RIDICULOUS wait time. The tea is always old tasting and too sweet. Today, the person working the register and counting money is making my frosty and puts her hands all over my lid- gross. Then, the lid didn't even fit the cup it was too big, and it was spilling out everywhere and she looks at me like I'm growing snakes out of my ears when I said I wasn't going to accept that drippy mess into my car. Then she's pulling her mask down and trying to talk to me like no pull that back up and you back up too. The chili I got was tomato water and not even filled up half the cup. The burger was old tasting, the bread had this weird flour on bottom that was all powdery and gross. NEVER again. The wendy's downtown is bomb and always fresh."

"It is usually order a mixed bag from this McDonald's, either get cold frits and crispy nuggets or warm frits, but stale nuggets. Today was a good day, but we got warm frits and crispy nuggets! Whatever the reason we were very worthy! Although we didn't get the happy food, we were very happy to get fresh food and after that we had full stomach and a smile on our faces!
