"I’m very happy with my experience this evening. I went out to eat with a good friend of mine the small moments really do make a difference in life. There wasn’t a long line at all. In fact there was no line. We were seated right away. The waiter Diana was amazing from start to finish. Our food was hot. All of our food was hot and fresh and the dessert was delicious. It’s one of my favorite places to go every now and then whenever I feel like eating some comfort food And just kicking back and relaxing a little bit plenty of parking clean and sanitary and the seating was beautiful and the TVs around the bar where you can look up every now and then really add to the ambience and the atmosphere. Thanks again ladies we were helped this evening by Diana and Kyla."

"My husband and I came across this place when we were looking for a new brewery and good food for us. It is located in the city of Smithfield and we drive about 20 minutes from our home town to check this place. The beer was amazing, good guest **** too! Our bartender Lydia took care of us. We ordered the non-competitors for a starter and shared a rheube and a Mac and cheese dish. The best food we had in a long time! We can't wait to come back!"

I didnt realize an egg roll was included with my meal, but I was pleasantly surprised! The chicken fried rice needed some soy sauce, but I loved the beef with broccoli and steamed rice!"

"This place and its management (ownership) is a class act. I had one order (out of many good ones) that wasn't their normal selves and they went above and beyond to make it right. The food is quality and the bread has the amazing taste of up north. "For the first time yesterday. Cuban Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries were the best I've ever eaten! The She Crab soup was so creamy and tasty. I wanted to lick the cup. Beautiful local atmosphere and charming shop to look through. The staff was very attentive. Will definitely be back."

"I Ate and got drinks here just to have the horrible red head bartender ignore us and play on her phone. Did not put a single correct order in that my girlfriend or myself ordered. Continued to nag and inappropriately greet anyone that came to her bar. Continued to nag and rag on all the younger people training. She has clearly been there too long and won't let anyone that's younger learn the trade. The hostess, training bartender and barback were waaay better than what this bartender could provide. I understand it was slow but we were ignored. The lady is bringing down the establishment and the ones working around her. This is the 3rd time i've been disrespected and treated poorly by this horrible red head bartender. I wish the company would make a change because their food is amazing and everyone else in there never disappoints. if you see this red head bartender run. I only gave three stars based off the hard work and complementary service provided by the others around her. If i see her in the bar again i will turn around and take my business else where. Laura's is across the street and there is also a great Italian restaurant connected to the same establishment. You have every reason to go else where if this lady is working at the bar. Don't make the mistake I did. I am only taking the time out of my day to write this review because i want to see change in such a great establishment that has been in a much better place than where it is now. i hope change comes soon."

"worst experience of my life. I ate there pizza like 6 months ago when I came to rhode island for a conference and I still have a bad taste in my mouth. my friend and I order a few meat lovers and veggie on the other side. what came out of this one was beyond me and we tried to eat the contaminated chaos to be polite. we threw all that ding away. Meat leaves and whole tomatoes do not belong to pizza. I'm amazed at how the pizza place is still in business."

We always had a wonderful experience with Sal's. The owner and all the employees who obviously love their jobs are amazingly friendly and friendly. Her talents and work ethics shine in her food; it's delicious! I love the waiting staff. You're the sweetest ladies, beautiful inside and outside. If you are looking for delicious food with huge portions, and a relaxing atmosphere then try Sal's in Smithfield. The passion they have to please their customers is like no other."

"My family moved to this area recently from New York, so we picked up some favorite spots. We stopped here a few times to get some things on the way, but my husband and I recently had the pleasure to sit down and eat. The food is so good! It takes as at home as if I visited the house of a loved one and they prepared a little to eat only for me. Everyone who works there adds to the local feeling because they are so friendly and attentive. I really think this place will be a favorite of us. I can't expect to try some of their cheesecakes and other desserts for our birthday parties and celebrations."

I called stating there must of been just a simple mistake and the girl who answered she said she was the manager ?Jordan? wassuper rude. Said that she will go through the draw and figure it out. I said okay if I can just get their names so my husbandcan go dispute it tomorrow since my niece paid almost $60 for a $20 dollar bill. She gave me a tough time thought she hung thephone up on me and accidentally didn?t and heard her calling me a bunch of foul names like ?****? to her coworkers. I recordedfrom my husbands phone since it was super inappropriate and nothing was even a big deal. Going to try to resolute this tomorrow.let?s just get this resolved no need for name calling and being mean when I wasn?t. This is really crazy from someone who alsoworks in customer service"
