"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY!!!!. Make sure you check your order because your sandwich and all four straws may be missing like what happened to me today. Even more, it was my daughter 's sandwich that was the only non-spicy one, so I can 't give her any of theother three that were spicy. I didn 't check the order when I was there because I 'll NEVER imagine to miss a whole sandwich fromthe order.... all the straws were missing too, but this happened to me before as well. When I called and asked them to deliverto me the missing sandwich because my daughter was starving, they told me that they don 't deliver to my location which is a liebecause I order from home before and they delivered it. I 've been nothing but a great customer to them delivering from theirapp, but after today, I 'll think twice if I want to order again. "Well this place is suppose to be the best Mexican food around. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the environment. It was a busy dinner rush we came to celebrate a 16 year old birthday. I can not ear cheese or meat. So I order a veggies burrito option which looked delicious. I asked them cheese on side and to add guacamole. I ordered the veggie nachosas well also with guacamole. Well let's just say cheese came on everything and no guacamole or Pico de Gallo.... I also never got a dessert for the birthday boy. Smh... the food didn't live up to all the hype yet I paid 90$ for a meal of 4 and 2 meals were made wrong then rushed out. Not my favorite. I will have to try again but a little disappointed. I will be back just hope it's worth it. Ps ...Best part to me was the Strawberry Margaritas for $30 a pitcher..... mmmmmm yummy"

"I came on two separate occasions. The first they weren’t even open on a Wednesday at 11:00 like the website says. I waited until 12:15 (my whole lunch break) and they still were not open.This second time I came at 11:20. They told me they were running late and I had to wait for them to open at 11:30 for my food to be ready.The food is good which is why I’ve decided to come eat, but the inconsistency with the actual open hours and the ones listed online takes away from the experience."

"I haven't ordered anything that was short of delectable, but I am admittedly totally smitten with their Holy Shiitake Mushroom pizza (I sometimes add spinach or ground beef if I want to jazz it up a bit). While it may seem like a minor detail to the unaware observer, the garlic aioli swirl they meticulously finish with takes the flavor of this already amazingly delicious pizza to another dimension of deliciousness."

"The food was good but the Northpoint store seems to be seasoned a little better. Customer service excellent. They give mayo packets because someone complained about putting mayo on the bread. "When it comes to food… I’m hard to please, my mom set the bar high! This restaurant had been on my bucket list for a while, and surpassed my expectations.To start, I recommend making reservations, because as soon as we arrived we were seated. Which was a plus! The proportions were just right, and seasoned perfectly. I had the jerk chicken, and let’s just say, the jerk was JERKIN!!! The jerk Mac n cheese is a must try. My husband had the ox tails, and they falling off the bone harder than Alicia keys in and out of love! We ordered the rum punch of course, and it was strong. Needless to say we will be back, and hopefully the the food quality will prove to be consistent."

"my dame and I went to this restaurant with our 16-month baby girl for the afternoon. we sat inside, but wanted to sit outside. server finally came and allowed us to sit outside. waited for our food forever and when we arrived, we had no serviettes. all the time that the waitress would think of “Regulare” sat a few tables away that smoke cigarettes. we complained several times to the waitress to prove the sign and our baby, but they would not ask them to stop smoking. the waitress finally asked the manager to say something, but the manager said that as long as the smoking was at least 15 feet away, they did not break the law. I said so even tho they have a sign that reads no smoking and gain law prohibits smoking inside and on terraces where eating is served, they create a rule to not help pay customers. the food was boiled half and the fries were terrible cold. After we get our half-cooked cold food and have lit more cigarettes, we decided to pack our food, pay and go. if we could see and smell near our table smoke, the smokers are not 15 feet away. this restaurant has really fallen off. I had to ask another server to pay us out, our actual server was too busy to laugh with colleagues and joking. I would not recommend this restaurant."

"We had made reservations and when we approached the host stand the employee seemed occupied with whatever was behind the stand and had an attitude as if she needed a nap, wanted to go home and needed to get right with the Lord. We explained we had a reservation, without saying the name of our party and instead of the employee asking the name of the reservation she blurted out a last night which obviously wasn’t ours. I thought that was very unprofessional, she should have asked us instead of assuming. I then later saw her and another employee sitting at a desk table chatting after they had bussed the table and were resetting it. Again, unprofessional for a restaurant that is a bit more upscale. The dining floors are super slippery so proceed with caution! Our waitress was so-so as far as her customer service and attitude. I will say she definitely took care of us in a sense that we didn’t have to ask for much, as it should be that way. Except our waters constantly stayed empty! The calamari is a must order, I believe I ordered the pineapple martini, if that’s what it is called I highly recommend it as well. The drinks are very good in flavor and pretty strong. There was not one thing that was ordered that was not good or that we had a complaint about. The bathrooms were pretty clean except for toilet bowls and seats were sort of nasty. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant but possibly at a different location."

"Would give no star, but a star is required to rate… typically have a good experience here, not today. They had an event they were not equipped to handle which led to long waits for regular guest. The manager sat us at a table where the party was finished eating but still sitting almost on the back side of the hibachi table so my view would be the chef and his cart and he’d have to turn around to serve us…. Manager said he was being nice by seating us or I could wait longer, because he thought I was hungry….plus some other stuff… I’m never hungry enough for poor service….he tried to fix it as we were on our way out. Mah Jong is across the parking lot and they don’t disappoint with food or service!!!!"

"Went on a Saturday around noon and it was pretty busy hour wait according to the hostess. Good thing is, she told us the community table was available so wife and I didn't wait more that 15 minutes. Shared the Million Dollar Bacon. It was good, overly sweet, maybe coulda used a touch more salt, but the heat was an unexpected treat. Wife had the Farm Breakfast Tacos which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had the Ckickichanga that was delicious. The chicken, avocado, and hollandaise sauce were a great combo. It's in the shape of a burrito. Home fries were good but again, a pinch of salt would have gone a long way. Overall great food and next time, I'll reserve our spot online ahead of time. Highly recommended!"

"First Time Visiting On Saturday Around 1ish And Waited 5 min Before Being Seated In A Full Restaurant. My server Alex did a Great Job all around. Got our drink order fast and drinks were served in less than 2 minutes. She was also knowledgeable of the menu which helped in our decision making on what to order since their were so many options. The kitchen did a great job too as our food came out accurate, fresh, and HOT! The hosts staff also did well by greeting us right away. We will be back ! Thank you!"

"This is a wonderful family restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is very attentive. We went for my husband's birthday and he enjoyed it! I had the Zitti baked which could have used more tube noodles but overall very good. My husband had lasagna which was free because of his birthday. It also seems that people have been coming here for years because I have seen personal greetings while making reservations. Very cool. "I'm new to the area. I was getting my hair cut and then went to the nail salon in the same plaza. While at both establishments I noticed the traffic in and out of Blinky's. It was lunchtime and I was hungry so I decided to give it a try. I had the whitening and onion rings. Both were the best I've had out in years! The barber at Rejuvenate and the nail spa were great finds but Blinky's was the best of all!"
