"Today Apple Spice Catering provided 130 box lunches for our Company's LGBTQ ERG Pride Celebratory Luncheon. From the very first day I called the owner, Gary Lipman, all the way though the delivery today, I've experienced nothing but top notch service. Gary's passion, enthusiasm, and the pride he clearly takes in his business was so evident from our very first conversation that I knew immediately I'd found the right caterer for our event. It was clear that he was committed to doing whatever it took to accommodate all of our requests. And what I loved most is that Gary made himself 100% accessible every time I called him, from that first day, through the booking and final delivery. He literally answered my call EVERY SINGLE TIME which is unheard of in this day and age!Gary arrived at the agreed upon time today, delivered and set up the boxes in the room, and the lunches themselves were DELICIOUS everyone raved about the freshness of the homemade bread, the flavors, and the presentation. Since this was a Pride event, we sent rainbow stickers ahead of time that Gary placed inside all 130 boxes, and he printed out special signs to be displayed for each variety of sandwiches and wraps to make it easier for our guests to identify them.Overall my experience with Apple Spice Catering was exceptional and I highly recommend their services.
